It was my first time using your service and I topped up my account with 100 EUR straight away. The car simply wasn’t clean; the windows and the paintwork were a real mess. It seems as though there had already been too many cars at the facility that day. Unfortunately, it was a complete let-down and a disappointment.
At this station the person was not really accurate in detail pre cleaning and some vacuumcleaner was just noise but had almost none vacuum and therefore not useful
Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. I paid €20 for the car wash and was only informed afterwards that my vehicle was too large for the facility. This information should have been clearly communicated before taking the payment.
What made the situation even worse was the attitude of the staff. Instead of handling the issue in a friendly and professional manner or offering a suitable solution (such as a refund or an alternative option), the response was unfriendly and not customer-oriented at all.
As a customer, you expect transparency and at least an attempt to resolve the problem fairly. Sadly, that was not the case here.
For me, this means: Never washing here again and definitely no recommendation.
