It is review related to IMO Car Wash in Littlehampton. Previously, I had a great experience there. However, my last visit was not so good. Car wash itself was fine, but I don’t like the way that staff treating customers. I understand that car wash might be busy, but…
Person prior me was rushed to move the car, despite she was gesticulate to them that she has some issue with child on the back seat. Then I turned up…due to a car is relatively new to me and since I own it, I didn’t use IMO car wash or any automated car wash. I know procedure and what to do if you have an automatic gearbox. However, couldn’t figure out why electronic hand brake engaging itself when car is in neutral. Guess what…I was rushing by the staff to sort it out and asked if I know what I’m doing. I’m not a dullard and I know a lot re cars. Treating customers this way is embarrassing. I don’t know what was happened to previous staff, but current one acting like they are working there due to some punishment. Totally UNACCEPTABLE, especially, my 5 yo son was sitting on back seat!!! Guys working there got completely wrong attitude.
I didn’t mention there was 3 team members, so you weren’t short

Good wash but the soft wipes at the end smeared all of my windows and had to clean them all when I got home.

Super helpful and high standard.

Damaged paintwork
The jet wash that was used before entering the machine, chipped and took off chunks of paint on my bonnet. It now looks worse than before it was washed!
The workers didn’t speak a word of English.
