PAID ON THE APP PRIOR TO VISIT BUT NEVER RECIEVED A BAR CODE OR QR CODE WITHIN THE APP FOR ATTENDANT TO SCAN. I HAD EMAIL CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENT BUT NO PROOF WITHIN THE APP. I HAD TO PAY AGAIN TO GET MY CAR WASHED.

I went to LLanelli IMO and see a banner to buy a Ceramic XTR with a free Triple wax offer advertised. i asked the attendant how do i go about the offer and he showed me on the app the offer was saying £16.00. i paid £20 and i have received no voucher for the triple wax wash in my app as was explained by the atteddant, so i paid full price and no tripple wAX OFFER WAS SENT.
