I was disappointed with the service
I was disappointed with the service I received yesterday. Despite paying for a diamond wax, the attention to detail was severely lacking. After getting the car home, I noticed the wheels were still noticeably dirty, and there was visible dirt left across the back bumper. Additionally, the door sills were completely ignored and left untouched. I expected a much more thorough result for the price, and unfortunately, I don’t feel the quality of the work matched the cost.

Whole experience fantastic
Whole experience fantastic, great service and really good finish 9/10 times, some bird poo left behind last sometimes sadly but very minor.

No soap for the pre wash, just water. Car came out of automated car wash with dirty marks still on it and scratches and scuffes on all of the windows with the windshield and rear window being the worst affected. Avoid this place, unless you want scratches and scuffs all over your car. (Merthyr Tydfil)
