Always consistent and reliable - friendly staff and easy to get deals. Car comes out clean and in a fraction of the time it takes to do yourself and save a lot of hassle too. Areas of the wash and machinery are a little tired but that doesn’t take away from it too much

I was a bit nervous after reading some of the reviews, but it was perfect. I usually use the automatic wash at the petrol station but it was out of order - and I won't be going back, I'll stick to the IMO one now! Really easy to use, the staff were really efficient and polite, the car was really clean (it was covered in bird mess before I went in) and the price was decent.

IMO car wash is at my local supermarket…
IMO car wash is at my local supermarket so it is very convenient for me to take my car there and I’ve had the app now for a few years. However, I get frustrated that bundles and offers are shown on the board when I arrive at the car wash that don’t appear in my app. This is frustrating because I will pay to have a basic car wash, but for the same price I could’ve had something better. I have no wish to subscribe, but more incentives for us app users on your more basic car washes would influence me to use IMO more.

Great quality car wash
Attended the Asda Minworth car wash. Guy had good communication. My car was pretty dirty and I chose the cheapest basic eco wash and it was still cleaned well. He did a really good job of it. I like that you can pre pay on the app while queuing and save 5%. Good service and quality car wash. Would recommend to others and will be back.
