The IMO Car Wash is my most local car wash available - I always find them to be efficient and friendly; they do a really good job!

Very good at what they do…excellent servicer

I paid for diamond wax and got the one below which was a triple foam, didn’t have time to go tell them as the queue got long. The wash wasn’t the greatest my car with patchy dirty after. Won’t be going again.

Despite using a £14 wash screen left dirty

Fast, efficient, easy to pay

Took over one hour for voucher to come through on my app so I had to pay again at car wash. Will not benefit from rewards points now a c have to have another car wash within a month of voucher expires. This is somewhat a rip off

Car wasn’t dried afterwards, the rotating drying poles were taken off and not in use.
No warning in advance, paid usual price.

By time I got to the Range car park, the side of the car was filthy with water that had streaked down from windscreen/ wing mirror area.
Car already needs cleaning again.

I paid for the ultra hd but when I was in the actual car was it was an eco wash that was flashing. Usually the workers soap the windows etc before you drive in but no one did this. Incredibly disappointing

The guys in the team are always proactive in washing and keeping the cars moving through the wash.

Wasnt as good as usual, operative had to keep resetting system, but got there in the end, normally a very good service.

Service good, but many areas missed - patches of dust in certain areas. Under back spoiler, wing mirrors, and the car wasn’t dried sufficiently so covered in dried water marks on the glass and body work. As I have a black car it was really obvious I won’t be using again. £14 was far to much for the poor result.

Speedy, friendly service. Preparation handwash worked wonders on the wheel trims. The chap looked cold and wet yet this did not stop him from smiling and doing a great job!

Automatic wash turned out to be broken. They used the £12 Total Wax voucher I'd purchased and then proceeded to hand wash my car (poorly) leaving the wheels quite dirty and all the glass streaked with filthy water where they'd not used clean water in the bucket. Also left several patches of dirt on the lower portion of the rear bumper. I'd payed for the under chassis clean and wax and because of the machine being broken, didn't get it. Rip off. Will not be using them again.

Went for the £14 ultra HD wash and wax. Car was still dirty, anything lower than the level of the licence plates was still covered in road dirt, wheels got hit on the surface but even large gaps in the spokes still filthy, let alone the barrels of the alloys, under the mirrors still filthy, water marks all over the car, areas with any small angle didn’t get touched. I seen the guy who attempted to wipe soap suds off the car after I requested take the same rag he used to do the lower end of another car and run it across the bonnet of mine.

Only positive was the simplicity of the payment method, but due to the lack of effort I’ll still give the 1 star. Won’t go back even with the £5 discount offered, avoid.

The manual pre-clean quality is not consistent. It soly depends on the staff performing it. In addition, my car was still quite wet after the auto-wash. Last, several times I witness some "special customers" paying for the cheapest wash but got a throughout clean which took a long time as well.

The back wind screen wiper was knocked off, there were smears of dirt left on the car, the process was haphazard and the access to and from the main road was dangerous.
