Token thing didn’t work straight away…
Token thing didn’t work straight away and the guy told me it was not being accepted even though I paid for it and had an email from five minutes earlier. Asked for cash. I told him no and when he scanned it again it went through.
The was itself is average at best. Terrible job on the wheels but the body of the car was ok.

I use the Newtownards IMO a lot and it’s always quick and friendly. Plenty of price options depending on your budget, and even the cheaper wash does a decent job. Spend a bit more and the car comes out looking spotless. Can’t fault it.

Not the best
I paid £18 for the top-tier wash expecting a noticeably better result, but unfortunately it was really disappointing. My car came out with visible water marks and patches of dirt still left on the body, which defeats the whole purpose of paying for a “premium” service.
Honestly, I couldn’t see any difference between this and the £10 basic wash, which makes the higher price feel like a complete waste of money. For nearly double the cost, I expected a much more thorough clean and attention to detail.
I wouldn’t recommend the upgraded wash based on this experience and would suggest saving your money or looking elsewhere for better value and quality.

Wash overall is good, the only thing I picked up on as it doesn’t rinse the suds/wax enough before drying. Then the rotating curtain things at the end that flap over your car to give that we shammy tends to leave a lot of smears and dirty watermark spots. I had to shammy it myself when I got home as it was annoying me. Expected better for the price if I’m honest.

Pre wash and machine wash are good. You defo need to set someone up at the end to buff cars when they leave, the automated chamois doesn't work well so you're left with streaks all over the car
