I purchased the top wash(£18:05) although the car was reasonably clean, there were still marks on the paintwork and I’m not convinced that the ceramic XTR was used.

It was good, my car is clean, a bit loud, man was very helpful and made me feel very safe through the whole process and i always knew he was by my side, he guided me onto the platform, ‘window down’ ‘off the brake’ ‘handbrake on’ ‘window up’ i knew he had my back the whole time, i never ONCE doubted my stupidity without the support of this lovely young gentleman, i never once doubted his qualifications and wisdom, a raise is needed after his splendid work, he really he knows his way around a car wash, thank you, give yourself a pat on the back, i will be back and will be recommending to all friends and family.

I paid for the Ultra HD wash for £12.Was very disappointed that the wheels wernt washed properly and the wheel arches were still dirty

Ribin was smart, friendly and polite as always. He made a good job of the pre cleaning of my car before directing me into the car wash. Ribin is an asset to the IMO Car Wash Company because his performance is always to this standard.

Paid for the Ceramic XTR, which is supposed to include a hand prewash. All he did was hose down most of the car and only used the brush on the back window, which still had dirt on it even after the brush and going through the washer. I get it says they'll jet wash to remove loose surface dirt but it definitely needed more than a hose down. Car still had bird **** on drivers window as well. Twice I've got the Ceramic XTR and both times the car wasnt fully cleaned

Amazing price with their special offer at the moment (£5 for any wash) and the team at the the Caerphilly wash are always great

I am again disappointed with the car wash service with IMO. I pre-paid 2 x Rain Guard washes via the app. I used one of them on this particular wash and was hoping that I would be able to get this logged as a wash call inorder to get credit for my Rewards Card. I have now repurchased 4 x washes times two and I have not been able to get these logged onto the Rewards Card to get a free wash. Plus the wash that I got, I had to do parts again as it had not washed off the grime on the car. I was away in Yorkshire and have noticed a sticky substance on the whole of the vehicle and the dust residue. Could not be bothered to take it back and use the 2nd wash repurchased, given that I had already used one.

Good service and good clean car

Paid for the £19 wash. However when coming out of the wash. The drying strands at the end of the wash were leaving my windscreen and car with dirty streaks. The car didn’t dry too good and had loads of dirty marks. The attendant before going in the washer sprayed something gave a quick jet wash then sent through when I questioned the wags told that’s it and that’s what I paid for.

Always great service, staff are lovely, car always comes out nice and clean
