Friendly staff who are a credit to IMO. They did an excellent job of cleaning off all the bird muck and leaf debris that had gathered on my car.

I went for the Ultra HD wash and the attendant was great, but the wash itself left my alloys still dirty so naturally disappointed.

Currently a terrible car wash at Plymstock. Broken brush not working so nearside lower didn't get a clean. Mops at end completely missing. Also had issues with the app which has taken payment but not delivered a QR Code. Had to pay on site a second time for the same wash. Had a discussion with staff who claimed they could do nothing regards the app payment. They had plenty of opportunity to mention the broken/missing parts of the wash and give customers a chance to decide whether to go through or not before paying but said nothing. Went through the wash and found the problems, complained to the staff who just said "Yeah we ain't tellin customers about it". Not at all what you expect from a premium clean. Have tried to raise issue with the app/website contact but no response from that yet.

1st time ive used IMO and very impressed. Goid value efficient car wash service.Helpful friendly staff on site too.

I have used IMO Plymstock branch, several times over the years with no issues. I am an occasional user. Different staff nearly every visit. My most recent experience though was nerve-racking. Busy with cars in front & behind. The brushes stopped midway through wash. The operator reset. Then when I reached the dryer, I think it may have had a faulty sensor. I know it normally comes very close before lifting, having experienced this many times, but this was about to make contact with my windscreen at eye level. I sounded my horn & the operator did shut everything down immediately & manually lifted & reset the dryer.

An affordable and quick way to have your car washed.

Blowers didn't work at the end due to car in front car was a smeary mess, attitude of staff couldn't care less said couldn't go back through and to email company if had any issues with it

Got the ceramic xtr on the valentines deal. My car has never been so shiny!

I paid £15 for Ultra HD and was very disappointed because the application of the coating was barely noticeable. In fact, I was only aware of the coating being applied on one side of the car and the amount coming from nozzles only on the right hand side was pathetic.

No long queue. Efficent and mostly effective.

Your operative was polite professional and very informative.
However the wash system does don’t clean the rear end of the car and also left soap suds and dirt around the rear end.
I did use the soap residue to clean the areas required.
I don’t like to leave negative feedback and do not complain.
I will try your wash again but will only return if satisfied.

Your customer relations are the worst answer your emails

Paid £19 cash for the top clean, got no change, car still had lots of dirty spots after. Very disappointed and would no way go back.

My wife and I have both taken our cars to our local IMO in Plymstock, Plymouth in the last couple days. Both of us feel the quality of service has gone down significantly whilst the prices of the various washes has gone up significantly.

In the past as part of the hand pre wash wheels were either foam sprayed or sprayed with a cleaner before the pressure wash. Now it's just a quick pressure. As a consequence dirt is left on the body work and wheels at the end of the process.

Just paid,for top wash and still had to clean the car myself when I got home
