It was okay. There was only one staff. He was okay, could do better on his customer service. The was itself wasn't really bad but it left a lot of water marks on my car. Price was good cos I'd gotten the deal that day

I ended up with water marks all over my car that I had to come home and go over my whole car.

Very disappointed with the car wash service from imo. The car was not cleaned properly, with several areas still dirty afterwards, and overall it did not feel like good value for money considering the price paid. I expected a much better standard of service and would not return based on this experience.

Really impressed with the service at IMO Car Wash on Ringwood Road. The staff were friendly, efficient, and did a great job cleaning my car inside and out. The whole process was quick and hassle-free, and the car looked spotless afterwards. Good value for money and a convenient location too. I’ll definitely be returning and would happily recommend them to others.

Had a very good experience at IMO Car Wash. The staff were polite, friendly, and worked efficiently. The service was great value for the price, with fair prices for a quick and effective wash.

There were a few small water spots after leaving, but that’s quite common with the hard water in the UK and nothing major. Overall, very satisfied with the service and would definitely use them again.

Fast, clean and efficient

By making shore the men you have working there do there job , the car needing rubbing over with a wet clothes when I got home , water marks all over the car, men did not pre wash it.

Quick efficient service. Polite attendant who was thorough doing pre wash as well. Easy to use app.love i can pre pay and just turn up wheh ready.

The system for going through the car wash is great. The staff have also been efficient, friendly and really helpful. It’s for both these reasons that I keep returning. I also had a full valet recently which was done brilliantly with stains removed from both front seats. I’m a happy customer. Thank you

Pre wash missed a few areas. Especially around the roof bars. Car was left with awful watermarks after was. This is not great given went for top wash as £20. Not great value for money.

Plenty of spots after the wash. Not the best focus on a detail. I understand that this is a hand free wash but still for £14.50 it should be a bit better. I have chosen the Ultra HD wash and I have expected more from it.

Always helpful and car is always super clean

The brushes ripped off our front bonnet protector and also one of my wiper blades. This has never happened on your machines before so not happy with it this time.
