Damaged rear bumper paintwork
My car was left wet though the worker did dry it when prompted. Found machine had damaged rear bumper paintwork. Won’t use again

Insect spots not cleaned off
Normally a very good service but the car is always dripping when finished. The latest wash left behind all the insect spots that were there before. I had to clean them off myself

Car wash poor ,left wax spots all over car so when it drys properly you have white spots/marks on body work.Staff are good .customer service very good but car wash itself not very good

Not the best wash
Not the best wash, usually pretty good. Wing mirrors and casing dirty, bird poo marks still on bonnet.missing the shammy curtain at the end.
