Great car wash
Great car wash - staff member both friendly and professional. Didn’t feel hurried - like some car washes.

The car wash was good overall
The car wash was good overall, and I was happy with the service. The only concern was that the alloy wheels were not cleaned properly. I hope this can be improved next time.

Sfatt
I’ve been coming to this IMO Car Wash brigthon street hull for quite a while and the service is always fantastic. The team are consistently friendly, welcoming and work incredibly hard.
What really stands out is the attention to detail. They always make sure the wheels, windows and the rest of the car are properly cleaned before it even goes through the wash, and the results are excellent every time.
It’s nice to visit somewhere where the staff recognise returning customers and genuinely seem happy to see you back. Great service, great attitude and a car that always leaves looking spotless. Highly recommended.

Unprompted review
Average at best don’t expect perfection
Average at best, I used the Ultra HD option, I don’t think it was worth £14 alloys where still very dirty, still had to do some work on car when got home, alloys and window rubbers also went over all paintwork with a quick detailer spray, so next time I’m short on time to get the pressure washer out to clean the car probably would go for a basic cheaper clean option and do the rest at home.

Great
Great. Quick and easy to access, staff friendly and helpful. Just wish the wash included a quick ‘wipe down’ of the inner door profiles (near the door well) and boot frame profile. Other than this; it was a good experience and will be calling again

Mediocre experience
Staff was not friendly and the signs at the end showing which program you are getting were either defect or I did pay for a premium program and only got the basic one.
