Honestly this was actually the best car wash I’ve ever been to. The guy who works there was really nice. All my friends were completely how my car was clean and asked if I got it done as some fancy carwash. Now they all want to get their car cleaned here.

I’ve had my lisence 30+ years and do thousands of miles so don’t need reminding how to use my auto gearbox just because I’m a woman. Kept shouting at me until I made him check it was in neutral!

Streaks left on my car after going through the car wash
Firstly, the car wash stank of stale water which then left the inside of my car smelling of stale water for hours after leaving the car wash.
Secondly, after leaving the car wash there were multiple smear marks, dirt and streaks lefts all over my car.
Overall, not happy and won’t be taking that car wash again

Starting to be not worth the visit
On more then 1 occasion now have I been to the scunthorpe asda branch and not had my car cleaned properly. Each time it misses the skirting of the car. In this latest visit it didnt even clean the bird poop of the roof and top side of the car. Beginning to think its not worth the visit.

The app is very easy to navigate and the purchase of multiple car washes is/was a breeze. The staff a the car wash are very helpful and polite. I have been using IMO car wash and the app for many years now and I enjoy it immensely.

A very efficient friendly service with good results. Its not just a drive through car wash, there's the pre soak wheel and, hard to reach areas, that are treated and jet washed before driving through. Many options to choose from too.
