My car was filthy - moss, ingrained dirt, pollen. It’s now super clean and shiny!

Very user friendly. Pay with an app, turn up to the car wash, show the qr code and you are good to go. Prices are very competitive

I paid for an above average car wash, but the car wasn't even cleaned! Wheel rims were still very dirty as was the rear window and some of the bodywork. Very disappointing indeed

Older man is rude and annoying, shouting at customers and don’t wash the car properly pre wash is not happening.

It was closed for maintenance. Now I keep getting forced to write a review with multiple emails.

The manager is nice but the app is dreadful. Everytime I pre buy a wash, it takes for ever for it to show up in my wallet. This causes a delay for fellow customers.
I also wonder how frequently the product is checked as sometimes my car is not totally clean. The pre wash is too quick

Guy was really rude just because it got busy and ended up hitting my car with the Washer Jet

I paid for abit more than my usual wash and there was no difference. I left with bird poo still on my car. They was all rushed and didnt give me the service is paid for.

Great app simple to use and easy for when you arrive to get the car cleaned

Staff member was not engaging. No smile he looked completely fed up. Also the alloys were not clean.

The concept is great and the end result is an 8/10. But let’s be honest, this business model is not done for the customer. 1 member of staff and machines that only really do a 85% proper clean, and am talking about the £20 ceramic job!. It’s fine though, still better than a bucket and sponge 😎

Eco Wash n Dry for £6 – Absolute Bargain!
I recently tried the Eco Wash at the IMO Spellbrook branch to freshen up a rather grubby white Fiat 500, as I was short on time. I opted for the Eco Wash -their cheapest option, and was pleasantly surprised to find it included a quick pre-wash done by hand, along with a jet wash, before entering the automated car wash.
There was a brief delay caused by an issue with the car ahead, which affected the automated roller that pulls vehicles through. The team made a couple of system reset attempts, and after moving the car back and forth, they solved the problem efficiently.
Despite the minor holdup, the whole process was still impressively quick, especially considering the pre-wash and thorough drying at the end. Great value for money!

I’m sorry to say BUT I HAVE AN APP WITH IMO AS I LIKE TO HAVE THE CAR CLEANED ON A REGULAR BASIS. THIS IS QUICK AND EASY CONVENIENT.

THE ONLY PROBLEM THIS TIME BEING WAS THE WATER WAS STAGNANT AND SMELL QUITE BAD AND THE MACHINERY WASN’T CLEANING OR WASHING THE CAR CORRECTLY DISAPPOINTED THIS TIME

Took my car to the car wash Spellbrook. While in the car wash the car in front jumped off the track and car hit the front of my car damaging the bumper. Left messages for the manager to contact me and submitted a request to head office. After a week no response! Use at own risk??
