A great car wash but not always the same
A great car wash, quick, thorough, and leaves the car looking like new. However, the front end is manual and it depends on the person employed on the day. Sometimes they give the car a disinterested quick spray over, other days a more thorough treatment with a pre wash, a soft brush and a pressure wash! I have also had a time when the HD Solution paid for was not working. I went back to complain and was told everything was ok and that I couldn't go again. At the same time I watched another employee climbing all over the equipment trying to get it going or filling it up while the car that was behind mine waited for the fix!!

Triple Foam Pre-wash is inadequate
Pre-wash of Triple Foam clean is inadequate, after returning home I noticed that there was quite a lot of dirt still on the car. I can only assume this was due to the pressure wash (pre-clean) was the reason.

Disappointing

Not as good as it usually has been
I attempted to use my prepaid was yesterday, arriving at 11:50am to find a sign saying that the wash was closed until 12pm, I went away and came back at 12:20pm, it was still closed, I asked when it would reopen and was told ‘tomorrow’. As I drove 10 miles from home to this wash I was another impressed. Went back today and they were open. I paid for the rain guard wash but was left unimpressed with this, there does not appear to be and I did not see any wax/guard on the car and it has dried with white spots all over. Only found outs when I had driven the 10 miles home. Tried calling but they do not appear to answer the phone.
