Easy and efficient experience

Don’t visit very often, but it’s always a positive and easy experience when I do. Always pre-order washes through their app, which is scanned in on arrival. Washes are always completed in good time and with an acceptable result for an automated wash. Quite happy to return time and time again.

29 paint and 3 windscreen chips

Found 29 paint chips in the bonnet of the car and 3 in the windscreen after immediately after using the car wash. I returned to the site where I was told it could not be their car wash and was invited in to touch the rollers as they were “as soft as tissue”. There must have been a stone in the drying pads and I was told to email the office. After getting in touch with customer services I was told to return to site to complete an incident form.
