I have my car washed at imo regularly, but my last visit was less than satisfactory, after the wash it left water and soap marks all over the car, and it didnt even dry the car. I always select the ultra hd that leaves my car gleaming, but my last visit yesterday was very disappointing.

several times I have attended and the machine is either under maintenance or not workibng. No one picks up when I call if it is now up and running, so it wouldn't be a wasted trip for me. The staff though are nice.
