I paid for a wash with a voucher code promotion for Easter, the time I paid for the wash online when I got to wednesbury site the machine said voucher already been used, had no refund, didn't get my car w ashes even though I'm a regular, I showed attendant the time on my banking app what's time I paid and he didn't believe me

Towel Curtain Is Useless
1 of the brushes, wasn't working and the hanging towel curtain is terrible as always wet and just smears water everywhere and is useless. The way in is always restricted for larger vehicles, its too tight of a turn into the carwash. HEY IMO CARS ARE DIFFERENT SIZES.

Convenient for a quick wash and go
Convenient for a quick wash and go. I had a HD wash but on expection when cleaning the inside there were dirt marks on my car that should have been gone. I would use again but maybe when my car isn't as dirty and im not paying so much for it maybe a 5 pound wash next time

Friendly staff but a lot of scratches
Staff were chatty and pleasant on drive through, however the clean itself left a lot of scratches on front and back bumper, as well as on some door panels. It was relatively clean, but because of the damage, I wouldn’t recommend if you fancy spending your Saturday T-cutting your car.

Decent experience and quick turn around. But does not dry.
Cleaned the car but left water marks on the car, when the water dried left the car looking dirtier than it went in.

Entered dirty, left dirty
Had the Rain guard wash, after coming out my car was left with dirty streaks all over which I can only put down to the rotating drying towels. Had to clean the car again to remove all the dirty marks. I think the car wash needs washing!!

This is my local IMO car wash and I've been using it for several years. The guys are all polite and friendly and when it's busy they work really hard to get people through quickly. It's quick and efficient and does the job! Can't ask for more than that!
