Damaged the rubbers on the windows
Unfortunately the person using the jet wash has damaged all four rubbers on the doors. Big chunks are missing and these will need to be replaced and I am expecting your company to pay for this. This is a new car and had no damage before we brought it in to you. Left message on your answerphone but had no response so will have to turn up to speak to someone in person. Bad customer service.

The 2nd time I've been to this car wash…
The 2nd time I've been to this car wash & the foam didn't work, neither did the rinse. I've told staff about it twice. Also the hoovers are poor.

Rubbish never got my discount .The triple foam wasn't working so they just poured a bit over car which didn't clean the car .Will not be using again for 15.00 I had to come home and wash the car myself

Went in to the Weston super mare branch near Iceland/Macdonalds, what a waste of money, paid for the ceramic coating and it barely touches the car, the pressure is so weak it just dribbles out!
