IMO Car Wash Reviews 

Its was just a basic machine wash, considering it was suppose to be £19 original price i had so many marks on my car, the car before had a slight scrub on part of their car we didn’t even have the scrubber touch my car, literally done so fast water sprayed on car then in the machine
My husband first said he will bring his car n do his and i was gonna come in a couple of weeks but not after that. Did download the app but gonna delete it now just wasn’t worth £19, to be fair wasn’t worth the £5 i paid. So quick n rushed

Paid £20 for the top car wash and wash left with white spots on the car where it wasn't properly dried.

Service ist excellent, friendly and everything ist perfekt. We'll come again.

At last you have now cleaned up the inside of the car wash tunnel. Watch your business grow!
But about 8 out of the 30 or so long drying mops at the end are missing. That is about 33% less efficient than the job I paid £20 for! Do you care?
The mops did look newer and cleaner the other day, but they are beginning to look dirtier again now. Again, who cares, anyway, if IMO business succeeds?
Clean up your act - cleaning up cars is your business!

I drive an older car, so I really prefer not having to waste time washing it by hand. IMO Car Wash offers a very quick and convenient way to get the car cleaned every couple of months for a very reasonable price. The staff at the Rotherham location are always helpful and generally do a fantastic job. Highly recommend!

Convenience

My first time using this car wash service. Staff are super helpful and friendly! My car looks fabulous after the wash!

Don’t bother, had eyelids on my headlights and one of them came off due to the wash. Also, afterwards there was loads of watermark on my windows making it look not clean.

Service is good and better now but just noticed my reward card stamp did not registered everytime i used the service. I used it 3 times already. Is it sistem error or hacked?

Easy access, prompt service, reasonable price

IMO Wakefield is a great service, they pre wash the car before the wash cycle begins making sure that under the rear air breaker is clean.
The ceramic clean although expensive leaves the car gleaming. My only criticism is the wipe clean at the end, doesn't take all the water marks away. Other than that I would highly recommend this business.

I would not recommend this car wash. The quality of the service was disappointing, and the worker was unprofessional and disrespectful. Customer service is just as important as the quality of the wash, and unfortunately my experience did not meet even basic expectations. I hope they improve their staff's attitude and treat customers with more respect in the future.

The staff at the Brighton Street branch are amazing. Polite, happy and always have good attention to detail.

I scan the app as advertised, saying if i buy Ceramic XTR with scanning the qr code i will get a free triple foam but i didn't get it and when i ask the staff they said to contact the customer service, i send them a message and no response.
