Wheels and rear bumper were still dirty after the wash was finished. I didn't know what I was meant to do, que up again and pay for another wash asking to make sure they clean the whole car.

Won't use again, rude and unhelpful staff who take your rewards from your app needlessly
Booked and paid for my car wash on the app using one of two introductory £2 off a HD wash vouchers. Drove up to the attendant and explained i had already booked and paid for a HD wash. He kept trying to get me to pay cash or card even when I showed him my payment email and the money going out of my account. He then proceeded to scan my 2nd £2 off HD clean therefore removing it from my app and so I cant use it - even though I was still trying to explain that I had already paid for my wash on the app. Finally he scanned the right code in my wallet and let me through but ive still lost my other £2 off HD wash voucher. Emailed the company as soon as it happened to explain and complain about the attendant but have received no reply.

Fantastic car wash!
Fantastic car wash - pre paid on the app where I got a couple of pounds off. Very easy to get the car washed, staff were polite, there was no queue and I’m really pleased with the clean and shine on my car. Would definitely use regularly.

Car was exceptionally clean and shining though wheels weren't cleaned properly as one of the brushes wasnt working and the windows were left with marks once dried and I had to wipe them once I got home

I prepaid £19 for a ceramic car wash and after waiting 40 minutes in the queue,when it was finally my turn was told I would have to settle for a hand wash as there was something wrong with the car wash.My car was washed by hand or rather with a brush then sparsely sprayed with a supposedly ceramic wax then jet washed then put through the dryer hardly worth the extra money I had paid.
