Very pleased. Ordered a tall oak effect bookcase which arrived promptly and had easy to follow assembly instructions. Well made and sturdy and looks great in my home office. Would happily recommend this company.
The only issue was with the delivery company they used, but have advised them of this, and it is not their fault. The item was very well packed in lots of bubble wrap and didn't come to any harm.

I really like the vanity unit I purchased and it looks amazing but I gave four stars because one of the drawer fronts had a mark on it, I was sent another within a few days of complaining which was great customer service.

Arrived quickly & well packed. Lots of different size fixings which were all present & correct. Step by step instruction manual online which was fine.
Really pleased with the cupboard which looks great in our bathroom. It's a good size so easily fits all our toiletries & toilet rolls etc....
If I'm pressed to give a small negative comment it would only be that because the high gloss doors are brilliant white, the rest of the cabinate looks off white. Would have been good to have a choice of other colours e.g light or dark grey but overall I'm pleased with my purchase.

Cabinet came in flat pack,well packed, and nothing to difficult to get this build :)

Item received quickly and well packaged, instructions can be better but not hard to understand l, I've seen worse, item was a wall unit, good quality and looks good on the wall.

I bought kitchen from impact furniture it couldn’t fit my Kitchen because I got Studio flat so I wanted to return and shockingly they advised me to arrange return my self which I never heard before.
So definitely I won’t recommend this company at all.It’s best go to stores and buy it from there. Where u can return or exchange without any problem

I bought a full kitchen from Impact furniture via Ebay, and when my joiner started building the units noticed a 800 wall cabinet had the wrong color doors, I notified them immediately and was belittled by constantly asking me to remove the celifane plastic and double check door color, I told them yes already done that then kept asking me to send photos as if I didn't understand and made me feel like a 5 year old. Once admitted to the wrong color and NO apology I was sent the right color doors by DHL and then further my unit had a peice of wood missing so unable to build the cabinet and one of the other units the back piece was short, I cannot be bothered into more belittling so will notify trading standards and take this further absolutely disgusting service.

Very pleased with this company. There was a mistake with my order, I contacted them and the following day I received the good item via DHL. Excellent customer service. Also very happy with the furniture I bought from them.

Worst seller. Avoid at all costs. Selling faulty items. Cheap made. No cooperation. Accused me in extortion for asking them for a discount just to remove negative feedback of Ebay. Hahaha well done. May God bless you. Karma will improve it. Don't get fooled, do not buy of them. Pictures of your chipped boards added. Also Missing parts in the pack. I'm not extorting anything from anyone!!! You better stop selling faulty stuff that not worth a penny!!! And yeah,Ebay is full of the sellers like you so that you wasting your time and nerves and money to get refunds or returns etc... And it's a shame for you and Ebay to act like that against a poor NHS frontline worker working hard and risking own health in this unprecedented covid time. My hands and motivations are very down now. Good luck

We purchased a lovely oak display cabinet and it came well packaged, with step by step instructions. The item exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and looks super in our apartment. Really recommend this company. Great customer service, and really good quality item.

I had a problem with a purchase of a cabinet. But they have offered a full refund, so I am giving them 3 stars.

There were some issues with the item I bought but after speaking to a member of the team they've agreed to refund me.

Very good quality office furniture, material really thick. Products arrived in many heavy boxes and as it was a set it was a bit difficult to identify which box was which part. Very fast delivery.

We ordered a TV unit a couple of weeks ago delivery was quick and within the time frame they said it would be unfortunately there was a couple of parts missing so I emailed and they got straight back to me and said they would send out the missing parts the customer service is very good 👍

Purchased a Finka white gloss wall
Mounted bathroom cabinet. Very quick delivery....first item delivered was incorrect but without fuss it was collected and the correct item sent out within 2 days. Delivery drivers very polite. The cabinet itself is a solid piece of furniture and wasn’t too complicated to put together. I love it!!! Will definitely use the company again.

Shocking , flat pack sideboard with over a hundred pieces turned up and none of the items are numbers to match up enthusiasts the instructions, fuming.

Called them and they offered to collect and refund if I haven’t unpacked it lol , but I had to unpack to know!

I will never use this company again
