We have recently purchased a bed. Wow it is amazing. So comfortable you want to stay all day in it. I have struggled to sleep in other beds hence the purchase of a imperial bamboo I just love it. I would recommend buying one. Although expensive worth every penny

This is my second mattress. The first purchase around 2010. The company is wonderful and customer service is fantastic.

Telma was patient and professional while assisting me to make a final decision on my adjustable bed. This will be the 2nd martress I’ve purchased, and I anticipate I’ll love this mattress and adjustable frame as much as I did the first one, that now resides in my guest room.

I bought a mattress 1 month ago and I am very happy. I no longer have back pain. My sleep quality has improved a lot. I sleep very comfortably. I also recommend the towels as they are very soft, beautiful and great quality. The staff in the shop was very friendly and helpful.

My son absolutely loves his mattress and I’m pleased I found a good quality mattress that goes with high raiser bed. Most children mattresses are quite poor (in my humble opinion). I’m glad I’ve made the investment.

I bought a mattress from imperial bamboo in Westfield London. The salesman convinced me into buying one by offering half price with free pillows and bed linen. I spent £1100. What a waste of money. I emailed them so many times and messaged the salesman person. They gave me pillows that had shredded foams inside and rock hard mattress that felt nothing like the piece they showed me on display. Awful customer service. I think they are fraud they show you one thing and send you another. I got in contact with consumer rights and they told me to write to them which I did but no response. Stay away from them please or you will regret just like I am. I'm so disappointed with the mattress and even cried. I pray someone shuts them down one day. If you see a good review here do not believe it because its fake, probably done by one of their families or friends.

I bought a pillow from Imperial Bamboo at their retail stand in Manchester. I based my purchase on the pillow on display and after discussing my needs with the salesman. The pillow was on offer. When I unpacked it the pillow was lumpy all over and unlike the display pillow. Under the consumer act 2015 I am entitled to a refund regardless of their return and refund disclaimer because the pillow is not fit for purpose. I have emailed this company three times without a reply, sent them a letter by recorded delivery stating my complaint and under the guidance of citizens advice/ trading standards, but again no reply. This company is refusing to communicate with me so please be aware of this if you have a complaint.
