Excellent Customer Service from Daniela in Westfield shopping centre. I bought two bamboo orthopedic pillows, I came back to buy two more because they were so good and super soft, I'm going to buy the mattress very soon.

I couldn't be happier with your products, sheets pillow cases and the towels. Taking a shower, drying off with my Christy towel then sliding between my bamboo linen sheets is amazing. I didn't know what I was missing, it's like day and night how well I sleep now. I almost feel sorry for people sleeping on other sheets.

Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled and pricing is fair and transparent definitely value for money. Recommended!!

Great customer service. The mattress is really good for me and my partner was suffering from our old mattress it was too soft. Imperial bamboo feels so good. I was customized the mattress also to our eu bed as it was no standard UK size. All service was smooth.

Great company! Good service. I was walking in Westfield then I saw the pillow made from bamboo and was thinking of having a touch. In the end decided to buy the mattress. It was my best black Friday purchase the mattress feels the same as I need as I got back problem. The pillows are cooling. Thank you imperial bamboo. I will definitely recommend it to all my relatives.

Horrible customer service and terrible product.

I purchased a mattress from them 6 months ago and was told there is a 10 year warranty with free exchanges if anything is wrong with the product.

My mattress started to dip after 6 weeks and continued to get worse. I reached out to them with no answer for months. Finally, when I got through 3 months later, I was told I had to pay 650 to exchange the mattress.

There was no apology and no concern for the customer. They could barely reply back coherently.

The pillows are amazing, I love them .

Just bought a pillow from Imperial Bamboo few days ago. Most comfortable pillow I’ve slept with, literally took 2 nights of sleep to help my neck pain ease and Its a very cool relaxing pillow.
Highly recommend their products. 10/10 would definitely buy from them again

Terrible company terrible product terrible customer service my wife bought 4 of these pillows at the ideal home exhibition they are like sleeping on small hard lumps of foam the most uncomfortable pillows we have ever used,we have tried contacting the company and they don’t even bother to respond take your money and run ?/update after response these as stated were brought at a show and were nothing like the pillows we tried the response just shows the level of customer service you can expect from this company
