Never received my parcel. Even after reaching out, I got one initial response but after my follow up (over two weeks ago) I never heard back. Opened a disputed with the credit card company to get my money back.

Great deals and super fast shipping. Already considering what to buy next from the site.

Received a misprinted $20 mug and paid crazy shipping to the US for multiple things. Impericon offered me “20% off” for the mug. Absolutely ridiculous to not make it right.

So pleased with my order , I gambled getting the mystery 5 pack posters and it’s like the read my mind , 5 bands I love 🥰 thank u

I order few stuff from them waited 8 days .they refunded me without contact day before sending me invoice and tracking number that package it’s send . Plus they didn’t refund me for shipping I need to wait for my money up to 10 days to get money refund . Not recommend.

I ordered two pairs of shorts, nothing to say about the ordering or the delivery, it was on time. However, I'm removing a star because there is no size guide for the shorts, fortunately I didn't have any problems and everything is the right size.

shipping had ZERO info and i was sent 3 different tracking number that didint work + one of them said that it was returned to sender

when i got the items they where very cheap feeling and print felt like plastic stuck to the tshirt

I paid 115euro which i would expect the items to be at least decent quality

beautiful variant of vinyl, fast shipping (when it finally shipped, thought it was weird that US sites shipped before album release, this didn't ship until after), have bought from Impericon in the past for apparel not sold in USA and they always do a good job!

Impericon sent me the wrong product - it is okay as everyone can make a mistake. What I find really upsetting is that they NEVER answer the emails or messages via the contact form, so I ended paying shipping and return by myself for their mistake. Unbelievable.

I am Very happy whit the service it was Quick and the items was what i want so all in all i Can for sure recoment impericon they are the best

Prices of items are reasonable but the shipping costs are way off and unfortunately I live in stinking Puerto Rico and it’s a living hell.

Package arrived damaged but got help by great customer support Tilo. Quick Response overall minus the sickness it was a few extra days.
