Expensive AF

Product was perfect but pricey. My mistake since I ordered from US and had to not only pay extra for the merchandise as well as the shipping cost, I too had to pay for the delivery of product due to tariffs? Like, it was over $300!!!! For 3 or 4 items.

the additional costs you mentioned are indeed tariffs that the US government has imposed from May 2025.

These duties have nothing to do with our offer, our service or the shipping process.

The tariffs imposed by the Trump administration are to be paid by customers in the USA and not by the countries from which the goods originate - that's how tariffs work. Until May 2025, shipments up to a value of USD 800 were duty-free. We hope that this will soon change for the better for customers and fans of the bands.

Extremely poor customer service

Extremely poor customer service. Delivery was left on my doorstep by FedEx, who this company employed as courier, and subsequently went missing. Impericon did not offer to help or refund my purchases against insurance. Said it was 'difficult to know how to help' and that I had to take it up with the carrier, which I did but it's going to be a long process before I get a refund. Customers who spend money should not be left like this, endlessly filling out forms and emailing with photographs of proof of what I'm saying. Patronising tone from the person I dealt with and I will never shop with them again. BUYER BEWARE.
***Impericon have responded to this review by asking for further details and I have responded to them by asking them what details they require, as they didn't explain specifically. I was warned that failure to respond would result in them declaring my review as 'fake.' They have not been in touch with me since. I'm now expecting my review to be declared as 'fake' and it is most definitely not. My order number was IMP 193637. I'm wondering if this is just a tactic of theirs to remove as many negative reviews as possible. Probably.

Impericon over charged me shipping

Impericon charged me shipping, then marked my order as collect on delivery so I had to pay shipping again. I have been emailing for over a week with no response from the company. WORST customer service!! I will NEVER shop with Impericon again!!! They also responded to this post with lies that they have responded to me several times which is not true! I only got a response after they saw this review. They charged me their own shipping, then had me pay shipping through UPS. It's confusing that I have to pay shipping to 2 different people to get my order. I should have been made aware. I was not.

'For orders which are sent beyond Germany import taxes, duty fees and duty costs can be applied by the country of destination. Import duties and taxes are applied by the respective import customs office and are billed to the receiver. These are dependent on the import regulations of the receiver's country. For more information please contact your local customs office.'

Topnotch site!

The quality of the clothes seems top notch. I have yet to get a bad shirt. I did order a coffee mug last year and it came broken and when I sent them the evidence, they offered me a full refund and I had it within 3 days. They always have all sizes in stock. Rarely do I find a shirt I like NOT available in my size (L). This is my go to site for all my band merchandise!

T-shirts and top review

I ordered 2 tshirts, a top from killstar and some "semi gloves", and I am very happy with my purchase. The only thing I could recommend for an improvement would be a bigger variety of sizes, especially plus size. Everything seems to be of good quality, which would be expected given the items are quite pricey.

The Best Place for All Your Merch Needs

Impericon is always one of my favourite places to buy merch from. The sheer range of merch available is incredible and it's clear why many bands make Impericon their EU merch store base, they've become one of the best in the game.

Shipping costs are definitely pricier than they used to be but I guess we can all thank Brexit for that one, it's something Impericon have very little control over. I usually combine orders with friends now and split the difference across shipping :)

Impericon's customer service is also some of the best out there. Their team are always friendly and helpful. A shoutout to Tilo for their recent help with one of my orders. Tilo went out of their way to assist when I made a mistake with my order and was really cool and kind throughout the issue while they corrected it, I really appreciated the help. Thank you!

Bad service

Site has very good offers, T shirts, hoodies from the bands and such, but that is where fun ends.
The company is highly unprofessional, customer service shockingly bad, ignoring you and once you pay them they do not want to help you…i ordered some stuff from them and at this moment trying to get it, weeks now cause thay put in the wrong adress…they do not want to send the refund (even though post office send the stuff back) or resend it to right adress.
So my advise is do not deal with them.
Edit; At the end i did get my refund so, it was just a big waste of time…
