Very happy with Robbie today the gas engineer from impra gas very clean and tidy a good job well done thanks

From registering an interest to having the boiler fitted, I only have positive feedback.

To have an obvious expert in Keith visit the property, talk us through the options and put a quotation together was re-assuring.

There was no hard sell, but there were follow up calls by Carlos to see if we had made a decision.

I controlled the fitting date and ImpraGas were flexible to suit my diary.

Our fitter, Joe, was fantastic.

A bit of paperwork and he went into action.

Power flush done without drama.

Boiler removed and replaced in a flash.

We needed a pipe to go through the wall. All done and made good.

Cleaned up afterwards.

Walked me through the boiler operation.

He even took the old boiler away.

Payment of the balance was there and then by card. I was a bit surprised at that. In a world with too many scumbags trying to convince you to part with your money on the phone, I did feel a bit wary about handing over a wedge of cash by phone. Maybe ImpraGas need to think if there is a better customer experience around that. But of course, they need to be paid for the work they have done and I had opted for that payment mechanism.

First class service, from Gareth the Surveyor, to Robbie and Leigh the engineers who carried out the work to a very high standard. Very pleased customer, highly recommended.

Just had New boiler and gas pipe fitted by impragas,well impressed,from start to finish,Ruben the heating engineer was a top class trades man he did a fantastic job his plumbing work was so neat and tidy,If you need a new boiler and heating this is the firm to go to without bieng ripped off ,and a ten year warranty on the boiler and servicing.

New boiler recently fitted within 48 hours of contacting them...I had three quotes and for exactly the same service ImpraGas was the most reasonable and affordable.
Fitters were friendly and cleaned up after them so would definitely recommend a quote from them before using anyone else...The ten year warranty on the boiler is a bonus and with the ten year service plan at a very low cost I'd definately choose ImpraGas again.

Just one thing I couldn't understand was the fitters said the radiators didn't need flushing even though the last time they were flushed was when the last boiler was fitted ten years ago...But all in all very happy with the service from them.

Had two fitters replace my boiler today, I would certainly use Improvgas again they were punctual curtious and exceptional professional in the work they carried out their names was Greg and Darren and when finished they cleaned up all those working areas .
I would highly recommend this company to any one.

Impragas is a great company joe the engineer was a really nice guy very professional, got straight to work, answered all our questions, explained everything fully, did the job all in one day and cleaned everything up after, even answered questions later via text after he left very kind, thank you😊

Efficient and trustworthy felt comfortable with the engineer Daniel Parker and he done a really good job , puts himself out to overcome issues we came across ,good allround other than the actual surveyor being unclear and misleading about certain issues we had

A big thank you to Thomas and his team for fixing our boiler issues as soon as possible. We really appreciated the Impragas team liaising with the boiler manufacturers to source replacement parts and to amazing senior engineer Mike for coming to our aid from quite a distance to provide us with a temporary solution whilst Robbie and Leigh did a fantastic job repositioning the boiler and replacing pipe work for a long term fix.
The Impragas team worked exceptionally well together and we were impressed with their professionalism and commitment to finding a swift solution, especially as we have a newborn baby at home so really need hot water! Thank you Impragas!

Colin has done fantastic job for me in terms of boiler service. He was helpful with fixing heating issue with one of the radiators.

Ben was fantastic. An Expert who knows what he is about. Professional engineer with great respect for his clients. Amazing customer service. Gives attention to detail and offered relevant guidance. He enjoys what he does. Thanks Ben and keep it up.

Worst company I've ever dealt with. Needed a new boiler while laid up in hospital recovering from a stroke, so organised it all from my hospital bed. After confirming directly (twice) with their installations manager, they still failed to show up the next day to do the work, thus inconveniencing my partner and our 8-year old son who'd diverted from the school run to let them into my tenanted property. They didn't show up at all that day, let alone at the time theyd arranged. Their customer service dept hid behind some clause allowing them to re-arrange. They turned up the next day. However, one year on, and three of the radiators don't work - they never have. They have told me that this isn't their issue as "the boiler is working". (Its job is to heat the radiators, so clearly, it isn't). I am now issuing legal papers to have them come to fix.

Have to say my dealings with this company have been very positive boilfer a d bits delivered on schedule capped today by Robbie and Lee who swapped over boilers and left site clean and tidy cannot say that all subcontractors as good as these guys but arrived from Wales early got on with it and also remained mindful of leaving the inhabitants of the house both humans Nd pets c0mfotable

My review is split into two.

I'll start with the positive that the installer Daniel was very polite and did his best to work around the problems that arose throughout the installation. I think having someone different may have meant a lot more costs in getting a handyman to fix what he had altered in order to get the boiler installed properly.
He worked tirelessly throughout the day to make sure everything was up and running.

The negative is that the surveyor didn't let us know that there may have been more alterations to cupboards etc than he mentioned. A bit more information about this type of thing would be beneficial to future jobs so that customers aren't forced to make on the spot decisions with the installer already working.

Overall, satisfied with the installation and I would recommend ImpraGas.
