I had my boiler installed a year ago and just had my first boiler service done by Colin.

I had a Worcester boiler plus quite a bit of associated pipework fitted through Inpragas. The gas engineer, who fit the boiler, pipes and all the associated controls for me, did a brilliant job, he was very professional and friendly and explained in some detail what he was doing as the job progressed. I have a nice new boiler!! Thanks InpraGas!!!

The Engineer Daniel was polite and on time. He did his best to fit the boiler into our cupboard.

Rang the company in the evening, appointment made for the next day came and gave a quote.New boiler was fitted the next day. Excellent service quick response efficient service, Installation engineers were on time, polite friendly, job was done efficiently, no mess, finished to a very high standard. Would totally recommend.

I bought a house in December 2018, come January 2019 i needed a new boiler. After getting a few quotes i was unsure who to go with due to price and not having a clue what boiler to go for. On a follow up call from Impragas, i was so impressed with the customer service, knowledge and commitment that i decided to accept there quote. They were not the cheapest but the overall package was in my opinion the best.
As others have stated on here, the tradesman who came to fit the job was polite, professional, tidy and efficient. He not only installed my boiler but also moved it in to my loft giving me wardrobe space again.
So far i have had the boiler a year and its just gone through its first service. Again the tradesman who came round was very polite to my wife and children, efficient and tidy.
A happy customer so far so good.
10 year warranty is really good also

ImpraGas were very impressive. They were able to come and survey my home the same day that i had made an inquiry.

The depth of information provided was great, and i was informed of all the activities involved in installation of a new boiler. The finance options also made it affordable for anyone on any budget, and if yoou are not going to move house, then the longterm options make a lot of sense.

They were able to arrange installation 3 working days after the survey, so no long waiting period.

Everyone who arrived on site was polite, professional and clean. It is nice to meet a trades company who turn up when they say they do, and leave your property as clean as when they arrived.

Had a boiler Installed last Friday and couldn’t be more happier. The overall process was brilliant and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a boiler install.

I had a boiler fitted last year and today it had its annual service. The engineer was punctual, very polite and very efficient. He was informative when I asked a few questions, tidied up afterwards and was a total credit to Impragas

I've had an excellent experience with Impragas. A member of the Team came out to go through all the relevant information. There was no pressure to complete the sale and I was awaiting another 2 quotes anyway. Impragas were the best price all round so I decided to have my new boiler installed with them. 1 week after the initial house visit we were scheduled for installation. Unfortunately last night I was called from one of the other companies I'd recieved a quote from who informed me that Impragas had gone into liquidation yesterday morning, with the time of the phone call there was no way of knowing whether we would still be having our new boiler fitted today. Just after 8am this morning two engineers arrived and have worked none stop to get our old boiler out and the new one up and running. Our old boiler was around 16yrs old and went kaput last Wednesday, so we have been without hot water or heating until now. The two engineers have done a cracking job, cleaned up, and also informed me of a fault on the gas meter which needs to be reported to my provider, genuinely lovely guys. To all involved, thank you!!

It is rare to find a company or workmen that go that extra mile these days! New Boiler and new hot water, I can't tell you how pleased I was. Clean and efficient install by the mots politest of men. My bathroom was a bit messy as was currently under re-vamp but they even helped me fix some extra bits out of courtesy.

Its good to know that customer service and genuine helpful people are still out there.

Don't waste your time, this company is dangerous,

Cannot order the correct parts to complete the job
Cannot order scaffolding

Incorrectly installed boiler causing it to fault immediately, which then took them 2 'engineers' and 1 week to deem the boiler unsafe to use and cap it. It was having mini explosions on start up due which was noticeable by the loud banging.

Almost a week without heating / hot water in winter.

Terrible communication throughout, requires constant chasing to get anything done.

Once scaffolding was sorted it took around 1.5 weeks before they took it down, when is should have only been there 1 day.

Overall disgraceful! Please save yourselves time and effort and use a different company!

I needed to change my boiler. After deciding to go with Impra Gas, two men, Darren and Lee, arrived this morning, just over a week after the decision. They came in with smile and quietly got to work. The fitting went smoothly and Darren and Lee obviously knew what they were doing. They were pleasant, polite and efficient. The work was completed clesnly and everything worked perfectly in good time.

Recently moved into a new property and had a new boiler installed by ImpraGas! The installation was fantastic and exceptionally professional and was of the highest quality!! The engineers who came out were extremely helpful and friendly explaining everything to me as I’m not up-to-date with technology but this did not bother them as they was happy to help me understand! 10/10 highly recommend ImpraGas!
