iMusic.dk has become my go to online shop for vinyl which is quite something considering I'm in the UK and they are based in Denmark. Nordpost is the same price as UK mail and is a quick service. iMusic is very efficient and competitively priced. I'd recommended you give them a try. You'll be impressed.

This website sells such a wide variety of things and the shipping was so fast. It’s also really cool that they have a section where you can ask for specific members when buying k-pop related items. I asked for a specific member on a pepero package and they actually followed through. 10/10 service <3
Excellent service
I have used iMusic a couple of times now and am very happy with their service. Can take a while for the items to arrive to the UK, but this is clear on the website when ordering (they always give an expected delivery date). I have been able to get some vinyl that I cannot get anywhere else. Will definitely continue to use.

I am disappointed …
I am disappointed with the lack of communication regarding my order.
I contacted customer support on the 9th to ask about the status of my order, as there had been no updates about the item arriving at the warehouse. Unfortunately, as of today (the 16th), I still have not received any response.
Delays can happen, and I completely understand that. However, not responding to customer inquiries for over a week is frustrating and unprofessional.
I hope to receive an update soon and that the situation will be resolved promptly…

Hello! I am very satisfied with my transaction with Imusic. Very well packed and secured from being damaged in transit. Cheaper prices and shipping cost. The only request I have is to please write Informational Materials (Vinyl Records or Cd) on the description of the Custom Form so I won’t get charge custom fees. Vinyl records, CDs, and Cassette tapes are exempted from Trump’s Tariff tax. Thank you!

CD orders great/Vinyl not as good
All my CD orders have been great - well packaged in bubble wrap and two layers of cardboard boxes. Postage is prompt too and the selection of box sets is great - Five stars.
Unfortunately the vinyl I've ordered hasn't faired as well, with half a dozen orders arriving damaged, despite mid-priced courier fees. (In fairness, I've also had a dozen or so records arrive undamaged). The risk of buying vinyl is too high for me - and it's impossible to send stuff back without additional big fees.
The cardboard is sturdy, and professional couriers should know better, but that hasn't stopped damage.
The offer of 25% refund on a $40 buy isn't worth the hassle. In the end I decided to just stick with CDs. My vinyl deliveries from the US (Rhino, Mofi) have been perfect so far, touch wood.
All in all I can recommend Imusic - but be careful if you're ordering an expensive vinyl record.

60€ vinyl with defects and complete lack of customer support
It took about a week for them to reply to the email, but everything was resolved within 21 days. I received the refund today.
I purchased a vinyl record for approximately €60, and unfortunately, the experience has been very negative.
The record has a clear defect: on Side 4, during the first track, there is a continuous drum-like noise lasting about 2 minutes and 35 seconds, which clearly interferes with the music. Additionally, the vinyl has a visible scratch on the surface, indicating a possible pressing or manufacturing defect.
I contacted customer support via imusic.pt and imusic.dk, attaching a 27-second video and an image to demonstrate the issue. The website states that responses are provided within 2–3 business days, but it has now been 5 days and I have received no reply.
We are talking about a new product, within the warranty period, and of significant value. The minimum expectation would be a response and a clear solution (replacement or refund).
If this situation is not resolved promptly, I will file a complaint with the European Consumer Centre.
So far, the total lack of customer support is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this store.

Shipping & Handling = £8.33
Total = £146.63
Then a further £45.16 by UPS ref import tax
So in total I've had to pay £53.49 for delivery, you did not make me aware of this extra charge & I will not be buying from you again unfortunately.
