I ordered 3 coloured vinyl LPs. When they arrived only one was the colour version the other two are black vinyl. I emailed on the same day I received them (10th Feb) to report the issue and ask how they intended to resolve it. As I had no response, I emailed again on the 15th to which I received an auto reply saying they try to reply within 2-3 days. It is now the 21st and I have had no response. If they can't sent the correct items and don't reply to emails I won't use again and would recommend staying away.

Really easy to order and find what I needed, arrived promptly and well packaged. I will definitely return here as they have many records I can’t find elsewhere for a fair price.

I was pleasantly surprised by the delivery times, and the availability of a limited edition record, that I couldn’t find anywhere else. And for a good price too! I never ordered from iMusic before, so I was a little worried, but all went better than I expected! Will order again.

iMusic.dk has become my go to online shop for vinyl which is quite something considering I'm in the UK and they are based in Denmark. Nordpost is the same price as UK mail and is a quick service. iMusic is very efficient and competitively priced. I'd recommended you give them a try. You'll be impressed.

Lightning speed service - I had the record in two days from ordering to pick up. Very reasonably priced - the record was priced at the lower end of the Discogs listings for the same product. Highly recommended!

This website sells such a wide variety of things and the shipping was so fast. It’s also really cool that they have a section where you can ask for specific members when buying k-pop related items. I asked for a specific member on a pepero package and they actually followed through. 10/10 service <3

I have used iMusic a couple of times now and am very happy with their service. Can take a while for the items to arrive to the UK, but this is clear on the website when ordering (they always give an expected delivery date). I have been able to get some vinyl that I cannot get anywhere else. Will definitely continue to use.

I am disappointed with the lack of communication regarding my order.

I contacted customer support on the 9th to ask about the status of my order, as there had been no updates about the item arriving at the warehouse. Unfortunately, as of today (the 16th), I still have not received any response.

Delays can happen, and I completely understand that. However, not responding to customer inquiries for over a week is frustrating and unprofessional.

I hope to receive an update soon and that the situation will be resolved promptly…

Paypal payment was put on hold by imusic until my order was confirmed. Shipping was fast and my records arrived safely in very good packaging within 9 days. I will use imusic again ⭐️
