I have used this company twice now. Once for fitting solar panels to a new roof space and most recently to remove and then refit and reboot solar panels in order to have the roof replaced.
They are quick to respond and all their staff in the office are helpful and follow things up quickly and efficiently. They were able to help at short notice for the reroof which was extremely helpful. The panels were dealt with and rubbish cleared swiftly.
The one thing that would have helped is a little more proactive contact from the work team so that we knew their ETA and when things might be done.

I recently contacted In2gr8ted Solutions about the solar panels installed on my dad's house. The lady I spoke to (Julie) went above and beyond all my expectations in answering all my questions and providing paperwork to support all the answers to my questions. I was so overwhelmed by her kindness and the effort she put into helping me out. I also know that when they first installed my dad's solar panels he was very impressed with their service. I only wish I could give this company and Julie 10 stars. Thank you so much.

A big Thankyou to you all for supplying and fitting our additional batteries to our existing system.
Thankyou for organising for Foxx to call and sort out the faulty issue, which in the end turned out to be a faulty lead connection.
Thanks for organising your team of fitters to call today and fixed the brackets to the batteries , making them nice and secure so the air flow can circulate freely around the units.
All in all we now have a full system that will hopefully give us many years of service.
We are absolutely delighted that you were able to help us with the supply of our Solar Panel and battery storage system.
We did have a few issues to sort through, which are now fully resolved And we are extremely pleased with everything.

I had solar panels installed 6 years ago and was very happy with the company then although it was mainly dealt with by my husband so I found myself 6 years later and my husband not long died when something went wrong not knowing what to do but on phoning in2gr8ted solutions I was put at ease and told what I needed to do customer service was friendly and when they said they would phone me back did plus kept me updated as to when an engineer would be able to come which I only had to wait a couple of days they even phoned me to tell me his name to reassure me for when he phoned to say he was on his way .I can recommend this company to anyone who is thinking of getting solar panels installed as they are friendly professional and go the extra mile

Great service. Really positive all the way through from initial quotation through to installation and system all working great. Good bunch of lads doing the install and when there were a couple of problems early on they didn't hesitate to come out again to get things fixed. Electric bills now way down, system will pay for itself quicker than anticipated.

I had my Solar and Battery System installed at the end of April but I have waited until now to post a review to see how the system settled in and any issues first.

It was a long wait to get the system installed (6 months) and one comment I would make is that communication with customers in this situation is key to keeping people onside without too much frustration. I suggest some kind of online system to see the status of the order and the milestone it has reached available to view would help.

However, the system works well and has had no major issues due to the installation. The planned installation was to take place in one day but even though the installation team worked very hard and did a long day it was not possible and had to return a couple of days later. This made some things a bit rushed and I would have liked rather more explanation of some aspects. However, the team was great and made sure everything was working. The only thing was some missing aerial parts for the Myenergi Eddi but that was solved by getting some replacements sent from the manufacturer.

The admin support particularly when helping get the information required for my SEG application etc. has been excellent and very responsive. Thanks in particular to Bev for all her help.

Panels fitted within 3 weeks of ordering and all done within the space of a morning. I particularly appreciated the advice not to have an extra panel which I was considering, as it would not be cost effective.

Made simple ,efficient and done all the paperwork as well.
Talked through best fitting options.

From initial design and quote to installation by In2gr8ted Solutions, everything went like clockwork, including assisting with all necessary consents to export electricity to the grid and supplier. Special thanks to Bruce, Scott and Paul who were involved with the design/quote and installation for their friendly and helpful approach. Due to my experience, I've no hesitation in recommending this Company for such work.

We had a further battery installed in mid June to upgrade the solar panel installation carried out by In2gr8ted Solutions at the end of March 2023 bringing us up to a total of 2 batteries. The installation team were excellent, taking just one day to carry out the work. They were polite and very helpful and we would definitely recommend this company for their representatives (our was William), the very professional installation teams, and the fantastic office and technical backup support that they supply. Thank you In2gr8ted. Excellent - would definitely use again for any additional work required in the future.

A moment of alarm when the fitters told me they could not do what I had agreed with the salesman. However they knew what they were about and came up with a better solution (all about siting the inverter). I was very impressed withel the two fitters who took care with what they did and went out of their way to do a very satisfactory job.

Been impressed with this company. From accepting initial quote, the contract etc all been straightforward (and all done using phone-friendly software), the surveyor turned up when expected and the installation (which was sooner than promised) was excellent. The three guys clearly knew what they were doing, were polite/friendly (despite the drizzle!), and left no mess at all. Oh and the panels work and look great ! Overall very happy

This company was excellent at communicating. It took a while for things to be arranged but this was because of solar panels installation at present. I found also that they gave prompt advice on related issues such as my query regarding the connection of a hot water tank run off the solal panels.
The installers were polite and friendly and cleaned up the mess afterwards.

We cannot praise this Company enough, from start to finish, everyone involved gave us great confidence in their ability to deliver an excellent service and product. We were kept well informed by the office all through the process, nothing was too much trouble and any questions we had were answered without making us feel that we were being a nuisance. The guys installing were fabulous, very efficient, polite and cleaned up amazingly once they had finished installing. The whole experience felt like we were dealing with a family of people wanting to give you the best possible results. We would highly recommend this Company. From initial contact through to installation and completion we felt confident in a great service and were not disappointed. All team members were professional and informative, answering any queries and offering helpful advice. A special thanks to Office Manager Julie who was patient and understanding with my numerous queries. First class service much appreciated.

Terrible company. As we were having a replacement roof needed work to be done to timescale. We were promised installation within 12 weeks and stating all items needed to install were available. Deposit paid and survey completed. Was informed by surveyor that design of installation would be delivered to me the following day (never arrived) and installation would be within a couple of weeks. 21 weeks later, and my roofer and I unable to get an answer either by phone or email we had to consider that they had broken the contract. Unable to get deposit back as they have done a survey. If you decide to use this company, which I advise against, do not agree to the survey before they give you a definite installation date. If you look at other reviews I am not the only person that they have got money from without providing any products or goods for. The company want to share logs and emails. I can do the same and I have witnesses to the conversation with the surveyor and phone calls.

Despite a month or so delay on installation which from hearing some of the stories online was only a short delay, the installation went well and after a few minor teething problems which were resolved quickly, the system is working great and has basically wiped out my electricity bill and has even helped me reduce my gas bill. i would recommend In2gr8ted Solutions to anyone wanting a Solar panel & battery system.
