I called up about a replacement head unit. I wasn't sure which one I needed and been checking online for a couple of months going round in circles. I was able to go to the shop, they checked it out immediately and gave me the options. Then said they could fit it next day. I took it in first thing ... they even suggested the best coffee shop to go to.
Job done, shown how to use it. Very happy.

Excellent service from start to finish. I paid in advance, left the vehicle in goods hands while I was away for the day — everything was handled professionally and reliably. The dash cam installation was completed promptly and to a very high standard, with no exposed wiring in either the front or rear cabin. The team even kindly waited for me as I was running late and guided me through the job that was done. Great value for money, outstanding workmanship, and customer service that truly goes above and beyond. Highly recommended.

Great place! The guys are super helpful and knowledgable. I wanted to upgrade the speakers in my BMW so got in touch with ICM. After sending through some details of my car, they recommended a number of options, providing quotes for each. Once I'd decided the route I wanted to take, they booked me in that afternoon and had finished installing my new speakers (which sound great) just over an hour later!
