This is my second visit for the TFL-approved CCTV camera system, and once again, I am thoroughly impressed. The team did an outstanding job transferring the system from my Tesla to my new BMW 530e. As always, the service was exceptional from the initial phone call to the completion of the job. I highly recommend this place, as I’ve consistently received fantastic service. I’ve been using this camera system for over 7 months now, and it passed the PHV test without any issues. It has been incredibly reliable and continues to exceed my expectations. It’s truly worth every penny I’ve spent on it.

So arrived and parked car around the back of their garage as no street parking was available in front of shop or nearside street… on entering the shop they skipped the usual formalities, and I was instead gruffly told off and informed that I ought to have parked on the street. I was then curtly told to ‘leave the key’… On handing over the key, Mr Grumpy visibly relaxed, and we had a convivial minutes conversation – presume he realised I was his customer at this point or that I’d been sufficiently admonished or both? Anyhow, I took a cab to the shopping mall and awaited their call which promptly came about 2 hrs later. On arrival I was nicely greeted, taken inside and given a pleasant demonstration by a friendly chap (what a relief – thought I was going to get another talking too – just kidding!). Anyhoo, the system works great, does everything I expected it to do and there’s no issues with the installation or the work they carried out. And whilst I wouldn’t recommend the bedside manner of whoever greeted me at first (clearly all my fault…), the rest of the staff were lovely, to be fair, and their work is exceptional. Would I go back for more work at In Car? Yep, I would.

Due to car thefts, I needed to get a Ghost II Immobiliser fitted on my car. I found In Car Music online and happily for me they were local. They were offering a bundle with a key fob, which in my view is a must for ease of use. I called to ask when they could fit, which was next day. I dropped the car off and returned 3 hours later where I was given a full demonstration of how it all worked and the options should you forget the code. Happy to recommend these guys and service offered to anyone wanting a Ghost fitted to their car. I now have peace of mind, that my car it is not going anywhere.

Very good experience at icm guys are good at what they do go out of there way too help you and point you in the right direction best place for car stereo's dash cams and any other in car intertainment.

They answered all my questions, made an order for the parts, confirmed to me when the parts had arrived, made an appointment for fitting and did all the work. All very promptly and tidy.

The service was excellent. They completed the task in a timely manner, communicating with me as soon as it was ready. But the real 5 star service was the patience shown and time taken to talk me through the new kit on my car. Plus the promise for me to return at any time to be given a refresher.

I needed an immobiliser fitted and having thoroughly researched the market I found them to not only to be the cheapest but their service was what sets them apart. I was given a detailed demonstration on how the immobiliser works and the certifications were received promptly too. Overall a fantastic experience buying from Inn Car and will be my go to for any future requirements.
