Customer service was excellent i went for a ghost immobiliser i booked it with Anwar he made the booking for the same day for me and they installed it within 45 minutes. When i went to pick it up the gentleman who showed me how to use it was very good and knowledgeable i think his name was Jas. He gave me a very good tutorial on how to use it. Very happy with the service and would recommend to everyone

Worst experience in my live with traders.
I’ve bought a particular screen , in few months it comes defect , then they replaced with different one with excuse is bigger screen , didn’t work at all. I told them I won’t the replacement of the original one I bought, then they said they have it in stoke I drove another 2 hours to their shop and again they installed a different screen then what I bought and paid. Now they even don’t bother to try to solve the my problem , I want the screen I paid £800 not a cheap staff they come with. Don’t waste your time and money there is a lot more companies out there .

These guys are truly talented and very helpful, had the hertz audio set + subwoofer installed and it's night and day difference for my Astra. There was one small issue that I came back for the they investigated for me without issues. Very grateful and would recommend for anyone else looking for an audio upgrade for their vehicles.

I hope In car Music Technicians read this review they've know me over the years as a returning customer looking for that certain sound I used to love on the older analog car radios which I struggled to get warmth and richer sound on the newer digital ones. So in fact I went the other day and one of the technicians said oh you again ha ha he was right I was hungry to get that sound of yesteryear or even similar so I ask them to swap the speakers around the back to the front this would have cost me £200 pounds but they stopped me after taking a look then said the sound is really good they gave me back the car I was disappointed no change had been made and so thought I was getting back the same sound to my surprise on turning the car radio on was as close to the old rich sound I was yearning for it sounds amazing the back speakers sound clear and thump nicely than before. I don't know what adjustments they made but it sound great and my head has not stopped bopping to the music plus saved me £200 I cannot thank them enough it looks like they have a real good ear for quality and tuned it perfect for me Thanks again In car Music one extremely happy customer.

Great service. They updated my 6 inch BMW F10 screen to 10 inch with Apple car play and android audio. Fast and quality service. Giving 4 stars only because on the appointment day, they discovered that the wrong screen had been delivered in the shop and I had to reschedule for a week later, so I had to take another day off from work. They’ve been helpful and kept me updated on the estimated delivery date during that time.
Overall, good and professional. I would definitely recommend!
