I was impressed with the service . It was friendly and professional . I was even offered coffee . The staffs were professionals and explain everything what they were doing . They gave me time to practice the alarm infront of them before moving the car . The waiting time was short . The price was great . I strongly recommend ICM In Car Music

Very professional. Have no complaints so far. This is my second time working with ICM and my 3yr old reverse camera still works as advertised.

My only gripe is the customer service / friendliness. It's all business with ICM, if you spent a few minutes getting to know your customer it might create a long lasting relationship.

I don't even know the name of the person I spoke to when I brought my car in. No one introduced themselves. It was just hi, your the ML and on to business... Lol. It's the only reason I am not giving a five star review.

I called and within the next hour, I was at their office. They gave me two hours. But after nearly 60 minutes utes they called to say the car was ready. Fast, efficient and friendly people. Very good service.

I had a "Pandora" alarm/immobiliser fitted to my new car by In Car Music. I made the appointment last minute with Anwar, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. Anwar went through the pros and cons of several systems, he was knowledgeable and informative. Both myself and the car were treated well, and all the features of the new alarm were explained to me and demonstrated by the technician who fitted it.

I had a Meta Track device fitted by In Car Music in Leyton to my new BMW, the service was spot on, excellent communication, perfect workmanship, great care was taken of my vehicle and all work was complicated to schedule. The work was completed to a high standard and on time.
The staff worked hard to get my phone setup with the Pandora car alarm, this was down to user error on my part.
