I wouldn't go anywhere else for carseats. We live two hrs away from our nearest store but have made the journey four times over 8 years now and have bought 3 different stage car seats from ICSC. Our son has additional needs and the staff are always kind, supportive and highly knowledgeable about the products they sell.

Shocking service, called before ordering told if i ordered item online we could click and collect same day to find out that wasn't the case, after 3 calls and two days later it turned out they didn't have the seat after all and we had to choose a different colour or wait for more stock to arrive. Would not recommend and will not be using them in future.

I am so impressed with the customer service, not only were we called to check we were OK with the stock delay (advised on the website before order) but also called with an update when the seat came into stock early, and it arrived next day delivery. Very different to my experience with another car seat retailer in the past. Totally recommend and glad to see so much advice and a good selection of high quality seats, wish I'd known about you earlier!
