Missing order- ordered 14 days ago
I ordered my car seat on the 4th November and still have not received it. I left it about 5 days before making contact via Twitter and the Facebook page as I could not find a phone number anywhere. I had a response on Facebook finally 3 days ago to say that you would look into it and have not heard a single thing since. Going to call tomorrow as I finally found a number from an automated reply on Facebook but no human has responded to me yet. Really not happy with the poor communication and will not be ordering from your company again.

What an amazing product
What an amazing product! So simple and it does exactly what it says on the tin. My 2 year old can no longer gets her arms out her car seat. Highly recommend.

Great service
Went in for a click and collect on a seat which we also had fitted. Very friendly service. How to adjust and fit the seat explained clearly and questions answered easily and confidently. They were also happy to check my child’s current seat as I was unsure on how they were sitting in it. Highly recommend visiting.

MK store October 2021.
I visited the MK location and spoke at length with Ash who was so knowledgeable and patient.
She demonstrated and showcased several seats explaining the pros and cons of each and allowing me to try and fiddle with each option in turn.
I completed an online purchase while visiting the showroom, which was relatively painless and straightforward and used the click and collect option as Ash had advised the 'online only' option was in stock at the MK site.
Once the purchase was completed Ash fitted the car seat for me and double checked it worked for me and my limitations in real life (I have issues with my hands and wrists so levers for twist functions etc played a huge part in my buying decision).
I cannot fault the service I received and will definately return to buy any car seats required in the future.
