Info on website regarding child car seats is excellent, especially when compared to some other big name sites. Found their prices were very competitive too. Very quick response to a query I sent them, and delivery was as promised. All in all, very good.

Poor service

I ordered my car seat just before 2pm so didn’t get my delivery the next day, but the following day instead. When DPD delivered it, the box was badly damaged and I called to inform you. The lady I spoke to asked me to email in some photos which I did. I got a call back informing me that I would get a replacement car seat due to the damage and since it was a Friday I wouldn’t get the replacement till the Monday. However it was delivered on Saturday which I was very very happy about! Thank you for the speedy replacement and the friendly service.

Your help, advice and assistance over the years has been second to none. We needed an emergency spica cast-friendly seat 3 years ago and your staff were amazing. So I returned for this purchase even though it was a lot simpler. Still, everything was easy, efficient and fast. Thank you ICSS!

Excellent price for an excellent product .A bit of misinformation about how the product works (the advisor said it was isofix when in reality it is a belt in base ). However I went ahead and bought it and the advisor apologised and gave me the correct information . So overall I am very pleased .
