Absolutely BRILLIANT customer service from enquiry, query, fitting, exchange. I have dealt with ICSS for 5 years and would not go elsewhere. Enquiries were followed up next morning, calls were spot on and left a message - I work in customer service and cannot take calls in the day so leaving a message really helps me keep track often late at night. I dealt with Dawn who was absolutely spot on, excellent customer service skills left an email, anytime I replied she was straight back withfriendly updates and answered any queries I had. I met all the team today who helped fit my son's new seat for him.

I ordered the car seat buckle cover and it is a life changer. My toddler learnt how to unbuckle herself and since then every car journey was a nightmare. I couldn’t drive anywhere alone with her as she would be out her car seat in no time. It caused so much stress and anxiety. I am so grateful to have found this product which has saved my sanity! Now my daughter can safely stay rear facing and I know she is safe!

Wow! I placed my order and got 5% off which was already at a very good price. It stated delivery would be 2-3 working days, after about 45 minutes i received a despatch email and it arrived by 7:30am the next day.

Was to quick to leave a bad review saying not received but a replacement sent very quickly.

I have found the team at In Car Safety Centre to be excellent. They helped me to find the right car seat for my son, particularly as we use car club cars and not the same one every time. Ordering online was simple and the car seat was delivered very quickly. They also have videos showing how to fit the car seat too, which was extremely helpful as the written instructions provided by the manufacturer was confusing. Highly recommended!
