Purchased item and expected delivery within 7 days, had no delivery and no communication, I phoned them to be told item is out of stock and they don't know when it's due in, the item was showing as in stock when I bought it!
Not happy. Still waiting to be told when I can expect it.

Excellent service, only regret is that I didnt call them sooner. They listened and advised a product that was delivered in less than 24 hours. It worked perfectly, our child is now safely secured in her carseat and we saved a fortune on a situation we thought would be far more complicated and expensive to resolve. Highly recomend them

We have been in the market to get a seat for a few months and the communication has been awful, we finally decided on the one we wanted and ordered it online and booked to pick it up on the Monday after booking it on the Saturday, with an in stock status. We had to phone on Monday before we went up to make sure it was in only for the centre to figure out that they didn't have it in stock at all but never contacted us to tell us. Long story short we cancelled the order and went with another supplier who was able to price match the item and supplied it the next day.

The customer service team are friendly and super helpful. When things didn't go as planned they were there to guide and support you. 100% would recommend to anyone buying a car seat and would definitely ately be using myself for any future car seat purchases.

Ordered a car seat on a Monday evening in Ireland, seat was delivered as stated by Wednesday afternoon. Good discount applied if you sign up to the news letter also made the cost less expensive. All in all very happy with the service and delivery wait times - no hidden charges either with customs.

Staff are excellent!

Really helpful when I had a problem with a car seat (manufacturer issue). Staff where lovely and made sure I was happy with the outcome and had my new seat sent next day when I had made my desicion

We have purchased an Anoris T car seat as a new buy from this company just few days ago and started using it with confidence.
The next morning I wanted to register it online on the Cybex website.
Turning it around, to my surprise there was a sticker “Sample-Do Not sale”

Update.
I’ve contacted Incarsafety and they have have explained the first lot of chairs might have had these stickers attached and they didn’t know. That have however sent me a replacement one within one week.

I have found their costumer service, particularly Louise, very professional and helpful in sorting this.

Researched car seats on Which, decided which one I wanted. Found it with In Car Safety Centre at the most competitive price. Then received a further discount as a new customer! Delivered really quickly. Great seat and very happy with it. I felt confident by the car suitability checking procedure, and all correspondence with them since purchase. Just what you want when you are spending so much money and want the very safest for your most precious little one.

I received my seat in good time and I even received a free gift with my purchase. I really like the Britax two-way Elite and it was very reasonably priced from them especially for a extended rear facing car seat. I would highly recommend them.
