I bought this car seat after a recommendation of a close friend and found the price here a lot cheaper than other places. My daughter was so excited about it and when it arrived I was really pleased with how it looked. It was really easy to fit into the car and my daughter finds the seat really comfy. The reason for the 4 stars is the XP pad which holds the seat belt doesn't stay securely closed. However, I cannot fault the incar safety centre. They have replied to emails really quickly and are sending a new part to me. I would highly recommend this car seat from this company.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication when issues arose with our order. Having ordered our seat on a Wednesday we were told it would arrive Friday, as we were away we asked for it to be delivered the following week, don't we regret this. Two days after the initial delivery date they called us to say it was delayed (obviously as it was due two days previously) to cut a long story short after multiple calls from us and even agreeing to change the colour of the seat after 2 and a half weeks we asked for a refund. I am seriously unimpressed by the two staff members who told me I was very unlucky with my order, extremely unhelpful when no solutions were being offered and no gesture of good will offered. When I did request a refund so I could order elsewhere I was told it would take a few days to come in so I may as well wait for them to send me another seat. By this point I had lost faith in the company and politely declined asking for the refund

Excellent service and fast delivery. Great value for money.

The belt collector has certainly stopped my toddler from escaping from her car seat however it seems a tad overpriced. The posting method is also to be desired as it was stuffed in an envelope which was a bit too small and the envelope had ripped as a result upon receipt.

We have purchased 5 car seats so far from the in car safety centre. The first three during covid and two more since. I cannot fault the service. Always great advice, happy to look at the seat in your car and help set it up correctly, or even install it completely.
We are 100% confident that our little one is a safe as he possibly could be.

Easy to order online and very quick delivery

The instructions were not very good need to be looked at .
Doesn't fit well in a discovery sport as stated. It impedes on the use of the front seat.
Overall the seat is very appropriate.

Bought two car seats and had a question about a discount that wasn't working. Was answered really fast. Online order was easy and it's great that the fit in the car is checked before checkout. Quick delivery two days later.

Excellent service from the off set. Initially contacted the company months ago for car seat advice. They reassured me I could continue with my kids current seats until they we significantly bigger, so we had an extra 6 months out of their original seats. Affordable prices, fast delivery. I’ve been recommending this place to people for ages as they sell some of the safest car seats on the market, but finally had a chance to visit and buy one recently. The staff were very helpful, they asked if I had a seat in mind or if I needed any advice. I told them what I’d been looking at and they checked it would meet our requirements. They then checked it in our car and showed us how to install it. The one we wanted was actually out of stock but they didn’t pressure us to buying another one, they just said order it on the website and you will get notified when it comes in to stock. It was received in less than 10 days! Overall, helpful and friendly staff, good choice or safe car seats, just wish we knew about them sooner.

Brilliant service, the car seat we ordered was out of stock, but while we were waiting they kept us updated with the situation. Once the seat was in stock we got a phone call followed by a very fast delivery. Excellent.

Made a 6 hour round trip to visit today and was thoroughly impressed! When booking our appointment they asked what seats we had been looking at/were interested in trying, they checked my car reg to make sure what we wanted to see was compatible. We we arrived they had everything we asked to look at, they weighed and measured our daughter to be sure she was suitable for what we wanted. Was given excellent advice as well as pros and cons on the seats we had narrowed it down to. When we chose the seat we wanted, they installed a demo seat in my car, showing us how to do it ourselves and put our daughter in to make sure she fit securely. Unfortunately, she was JUST too small for the seat we wanted, but both staff were very honest and genuinely wanted the best for our child’s safety, rather than money in the till. We talked about some other options, but with the advice of the staff, and their reassurance that the seat we currently have still had plenty of room in it, we decided to purchase the seat we wanted knowing that in a few months it will fit perfectly. 6 hours of driving was definitely worth it for the service we received today, and we will absolutely be using ICSC to purchase a second seat for our other car in the near future (however likely online rather than a 6 hour trip)

While the seat did arrive with an issue, the staff were helpful in sorting it out efficiently, and a new seat arrived quickly. I appreciate the fact that someone checks vehicle compatibility before sending the seat out. I’d prefer to try seats in person, but with nowhere suitable nearby, this function adds a
level of reassurance.
