The women at Milton Keynes is absolutely RUDE. If you want good customer service do NOT go here.

She was sat there doing nothing but still refused to serve us as we didn't have an appointment that we were told nothing about when we rang and was told to go today.

I think you need new staff!
All she kept going on about was how she had a SEN fitting later not sure what SEN has got to do with it.

Anyway you want good customer service and after sales don't go here.

The staff at Rayleigh In Car Safety Center was fantastic. Michelle was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, patient and sweet with our little one and had a genuine interest in making sure we’re happy with our choice. We didn’t feel rushed at all. We tried multiple seats in the shop and Michelle also put 2 in our car to see how they would fit. She also fitted the one we ended up buying.
We would highly recommend going here if you want a proper consultation.

Great service from Claire and Michelle. We’re grandparents who bought a car seat 9 months ago which proved to be faulty when we tried to fit it yesterday. They immediately contacted the manufacturer and we drove down and got a swap to the latest and more expensive replacement model at no extra cost. No ifs or buts! These guys get great customer service!

I was sold two seats not fit for purpose (over 8.5 years old at the time of purchase, which I was not made aware of). I’ve made multiple attempts at contacting in car safety centre via email and over the phone only to be repeatedly told someone will call me back and they never do. Very disappointed.

Useless! tried asking the difference between 2 products and the lady on the phone could not explain, as I worked out after the third time of asking, the same question, that she simply didnt know and I wish she had just said I dont know, I will ask. I wish I had never bought my car seat off anyone them. The after service is awful if you cant get to their store.

Enquired about a buckle guard, to stop my dogs releasing their safety belt by standing on the red button. They offer advice on products fitting the vehicle you have.
I got an email reply the next day giving honest advice so I didn't purchase the one I'd enquired about.

After buying a rear facing car seat for my 8 month old online from a well known brand and having a dreadful experience, and then being terrified and bullied on a popular Facebook group, our family decided that it was best to go somewhere in person where we could ask questions and get a fitting.

We’d ordered the seat we wanted and booked the fitting at the point of collection in Milton Keynes.

After discussing my experience, my concerns and our needs, Jessica suggested an alternative seat that was far more suitable and I cannot tell you how much easier it has made our lives!

I am so glad I had them to talk to, ask about the different safety tests and have them fit the seat in my car and for my child.

My child is safe, in a seat that suits our requirements and I had incredible customer service to boot. The finance we’d applied for was adjusted with no grumbles - nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond to help without judgement or shame.

I’m really shocked by the reviews I’ve read on here - truly - my experience was so different and I’ve been sharing my positive experience with fellow mums.

I have a face, an ear, that I can talk to. As little one grows you can go back time and again for fit checks or call for advice.
These online groups fear monger and “advocate” for their own pockets.

I`ve made an online order for a Besafe car seat on 11/24 and emailed them several times, wrote to them on Facebook and through the contact form on their website, because it is not clear if it will be sent and in what time frame. I still have no answer to this day. Terrible communication, I hope I can get my money back.

Absolutely terrible.
Booked and appointment at Milton Keynes. Drove an hour and a half to the appointment. Said I was only interested in plus tested car seats. Had to repeat myself several times as the person serving me wasn't really listening.
Sold me the spinkid as plus tested. I drove home using it (we had a plus tested besafe in the car which we used on the way). That night I was looking to order another one for my husbands car and couldn't see that it was plus tested anywhere. Contacted in car safety centre and they said they didn't realise it wasn't plus tested but I could return it. I immediately replied and said I can't use this car seat. I had to cancel all my weekend plans as I absolutely will not put my child in a non plus tester car seat. I've had no response. They called me Saturday and I missed the call, called back immediately and spoke to reception who assured me I would get an urgent call back and I have still heard nothing. Called again today (Tuesday) and will see if they can be bothered to call me back today.
Do not use this company, they will put your child's safety at risk and they do not know what they are selling.

I rang the Rayleigh branch today after having been told by local Halfords and Vauxhall dealer that my 2002 Vauxhall Astra estate was not suitable for child car seats as the seat belts were too short and it could not be fitted with longer belts or isofix mountings .

I had an appointment at 1pm with 2 very helpful highly trained ladies who fitted a lovely joie car seat in only
A few minutes. It goes from newborn up to age 12 which is ideal as I am the grandma and so it will only get occasional use .

Last night I thought I would have to buy a new car !

Ordered a new car seat and it arrived quickly and packaged well. Unfortunately there were a few superficial marks on the items, we had already installed the seat before noticing so didn't want to return but made them aware via email and was asked for photos. Then heard nothing back. Bit disappointing to not get any kind of apology or even acknowledgement of the photos. I don't expect to get a brand new product that is marked.

Fantastic experience today buying a car seat. Staff were extremely well informed, took the time to tell me all my options, didn't try to upsell a more expensive seat that I didn't need and made sure my daughter had actually grown out of our current seat before making any suggestions. Walked away with a lovely new car seat that my daughter is very comfortable in and has lots of growing room which is great as she is very tall for her age and grows fast!

Tried to ring them during the weekend and on Monday with no luck. But they replied to my email first thing on Tuesday morning. So if you’re trying to contact them better email rather than calls. Bought a Britax Romer car seat for my son which I couldn’t find anywhere else in ROI. The price is good too same as the official website. Ordered on Tuesday at lunch time and received on Wednesday morning which is incredibly fast! No duties or taxes to be paid which saved me a lot. Thanks again. I would really recommend people buying from this place!

The lady put my mind at ease knowing that 2 of my rear facing seats where still safely positioned and strapped in correctly. I do panic alot that something has moved or shifted and so booking the appointment was well worth it.
