I ordered my boots in November of last year 2022 this was my Christmas present to myself and it is now June 2023 and my emails were blocked after several email exchange stating my order was delayed. I am completely sad about this situation and I have called my credit card company to dispute this charge as I never got my shoes. Do not order from this company as they are a complete FRAUD 😥

Sadly, all the bad reviews here are true. I placed my order in Nov 22. No delivery, so contacted them in February requesting my money back (€190), the reply was ‘could I wait another month for my order’. I refused, they offered me 50% off on another pair, I refused and demanded a refund, the reply was I will get it within 2 weeks. It is now May, no money and they blocked my email….

I placed my order on Sept 2022. To date no boots. Initially, they were responding to my inquiries about my order using the excuse of delays, but promising to send the merchandise. No boots, no return, and no further communication. Credit card company allows for 60 days to dispute so I’m just out of my money.

I wish I check reviews before I placed an order from them! Same story here, never received boots I paid for, no refund, numerous of emails with no result whatsoever! They keep apologizing saying their refund system is out of work, and there is a delay from manufacturer?! Its been 2 years now since I ordered boots! What a joke! Disgusting! I tried to get Consumer Rights Protection of Latvia but didn't get any help neither. Scam big time! I don't think I ever gonna buy any stuff from Latvia!

Hello everyone, I am reading your comments and just realizing that I will never get my 350 EUR shoes.
The story is the same, I have placed and PAID my order in November 2022, they replayed on my email last time in March 2023 with information that they will send shoes in April 2023. For two months nobody is replaying. Hope we will find the way for our money back at least.

I placed order in November 2022, never received the shoes. I have even forgotten that I have made this order of 115Euros and now I am reeding all these reviews. Emailed to them, but I am sure there will be no response. How does it come that they still have working webpage and all those people still get scammed?

Awful. Just like all the other reviews that you can read here I placed an order with them two years ago! I never received my boots I spent over $500. I’ve emailed them countless times to sometimes get a response of false promises. I am unable to get a refund because of how long it’s been. These people are criminals. Do not order from these people. It is all a scam and just like everyone said their phone lines do not work and email services don’t work as well.

SCAM. No customer service email, their phone number is non existent.

Better ask your bank for your money back.

This is not a company, but outright scammers!!! Do not order shoes from them, friends. Their phones do not work, and e-mail boxes too. I made my order in November 2022, I was promised readiness in February, then in March, then in April.
After the request for a refund of the prepayment (250 euros!), there was complete silence, the phones do not work, the letters do not reach. No shoes, no money. I will try to sue.

Placed an order for the shoes and afterwards read reviews, got scared and immediately emailed them to cancel the order and asked for refund (same day). Was at first they tried to persuade me that just after 3months production my shoes will be shipped, I insisted on a refund. They offered 50% off on the next order but I still asked for a refund and cancellation. They said ok, that I will get my refund in 2 weeks. It was the last time I was able to contact them. I think they’ve blacked my email as no email was delivered ever since, not even through their Website.

I have sent them numerous email regarding my order. According to Microsoft (Gmail and Outlook). Their email is non existent or they have indicated my email as a spam. All my emails are non-deliverable.

I order these boots in February 2023. I tried to follow up about my purchase and I got no response. I called the customer service number and it only has a busy signal. This had to be a scam!

I really wish I would have read these reviews prior to purchasing, I’m in a similar situation as the other people here, I placed an order almost 2 years ago never received the shoes, nor have I received a refund, nor is my emails being responded to I don’t know what to do I am out of $350.

I ordered shoes in 2021.. Order still not delivered. Contact emails on the page are not working anymore. Don't order from INCH2!

I ordered my boots in October 2022 and to date, have still not received them. After several attempts at chasing, I received an email update in November 2022. However, on requesting a further update in March 2023 using the same email address, my emails cannot be delivered. I have tried their UK telephone number which does not connect and their enquiry form does not submit. Considering the cost of the boots ordered, I am very concerned at the non-existent customer service and that I may never receive my order, particularly given the reviews I have since read and wish I’d read before. They have obviously worked very hard to create an attractive & enticing ‘shop front’ via their website but that is the extent of it! I would recommend that you avoid ordering from this company at all costs (literally) in light of my experience.

I ordered a pair of boots 3 months ago from their official website and my funds have been lifted immediately. After 3 months of receiving no update on my order nor the order itself, I have tried to contact their customer service on several occassions but there is still no response whatsoever!
My money is gone and there is no sign of my order. Avoid this website at all cost!

Please don't buy with them!

I made a purchase with INCH2 on the 23rd of June 2022 and I had a BIG problem with it.

After several email exchanges, I didn't receive my product, nor my refund.
I've tried to contact them via all channels and I am not able to reach them anymore.

They are misleading and therefore I lost 150 euros.

DON'T BUY WITH THEM!!!!
