I purchased two pairs of shoes. One did not fit and I sent back for an exchange, and the other were perfect. The shoes I sent for an exchange never arrived and I spent January 2021-January 2022 trying to either receive the exchanged pair or my money back. I finally went to my bank after ~41 emails with the company to dispute the charge and because inch2's email were promises of a refund for
s e v e r a l months, my bank approved the refund for me after reviewing all of my communication with them and trying to recoup. KEEP YOUR COMMUNICATIONS WITH THEM AND TALK TO YOUR BANK. I actually do really like the pair I received and fit. I am lucky to have actually gotten them.

I’m in the same position as all of you. Been waiting since September 2022 for my boots. I’ve also been asking the company to send my money back etc etc.
Could we all get together and hire a lawyer? Or does anyone have another suggestion? 🌷

Avoid this company. Absolutely embarrassing what is happening. I have bought boots in December and still waiting. They don't pick up the phone and they don't response emails.

SCAMMERS- please don’t order from them - i ordered over a year ago and still nothing- i sent emails and questions but not a single response- not sure if i can do everything to get my money back- very disappointed

I ordered my shoes 5th August 2022, Untill this day 6th March 2023 I haven't received the shoes I ordered.

I ordered a pair of sandals last April, almost one year ago. Not one single update was sent to me that was not prompted by an enquiry from me, the first of which was in late May. Five emails later, and just a baloney response from them. I asked for a refund, no response. I asked for them to throw ANY pair of shoes of approx $250 (what I paid) in value in a box and ship it to me just to be done. Again, nothing. This company is a very slick scam. The shoes look great, the ad campaign, excellent. They must be laughing all the way to the bank. Had I known Trustpilot exists, I’d have written this months ago. These are expensive shoes, even if you receive them once ordered . Something that hasn’t happened for me, 11 months later. Worst online shopping experience ever.

I ordered over 15 months ago and have had nothing but excuses back from the company. The last email told me to claim a refund back on my credit card as they would not process my refund. Distrusting service !!!

I ordered a pair of boots in mid-September, it's now mid-February and I still haven't received my shoes... 6 months waiting!
I have been waiting for 6 months for my boots to arrive, no tracking, no notification...a very disappointing customer experience especially considering the price of the boots.
Can I have an update on my order please?
Very nice shoes but I will never order again.

Placed my order with Inch2 more than one year ago, never received my order, now they are telling me that they can’t issue me a refund either! They are just stealing your money, don’t make my mistakes, this company is a fraud

DO NOT BUY - bought the sandals back in June 2022. Never received them, they don't respond on emails. Do not buy and save your money

It has been 27 weeks since I have ordered from Inch2 and paid for the order, they are not answering to my e-mails where I have asked for status of my order

I ordered a pair of boots back in Nov 2022 to date I haven’t received them. I emailed them a few times only to be told the same thing. That they are behind and it’s going to be a delay. This company appears to be fraudulent. BUYER BEWARE

Do not order anything from this company. They are insolvent. Take orders and don't ship the goods. Send you emails with a load of excuses. I asked for a refund and they said of course, it will take 10 days. No refund. They said their finance system is down, the can't reach the refunds team. Now there is no reply. It is amazing that they are allowed to get away with this. I am still getting marketing emails with their sale. They are cleaning up.

I ordered boots in November 2021. They used delaying tactics saying they would be made in the next batch. I've left it too long for my credit card company to chase them up.
I have sent numerous emails. they owe me 430 euros. Such scam merchants. I have never been treated so badly by a company before.

I have ordered an order over a year ago, and after five months, they kept saying manufactury problems, the item will be delay and said they would give me a voucher to use to buy their shoes with 50% off. Therefore, I have purchased another pair from them. After a year, both of my orders are still not received and everytime contacted them, they would say the same things. 2 months ago, I asked them for a full refund, they said that would be fine to cancel the orders and the money would be sent to my bank within 15 days etc, until now, I still haven't received my money and they said problem in their finance system. I think that was just an excuse and they definitely a scammer and don't buy anything from there as you will never received your items and your money will be lost. Those shoes are not cheap as well.
I don't understand why they could steal people money like this, this is really unacceptable.

Placed an order with them on June 2022. Initially, the were responding to my emails claiming the delays were due to covid and their production company getting too many orders. After 3 months had passed, and when I could no longer put in a claim for a merchant dispute with my bank, they went MIA. Needless to say, I never saw the pair I ordered or the money they stole from me. I have made it my mission to report them everywhere I can in the hope that they will cease operations. Please help me in this just cause by reporting them on action fraud and all social media platforms.

They’re not transparent about the time it takes to make and ship the shoes. 8 weeks minimum? This should be written everywhere in massive letters.
I then asked for a refund and been chasing them ever since, it’s been over a month.
Apparently their refund system is down. Sounds legit.

Update: definitely a scam. Stopped responding to me. Trying to claim money back via my bank now
