Scam!
They are scammers. Read all the reviews from a long term members. Funny, how most positive reviews are from fake account with only one post, but most reviews are from long term members are negative. I was a member for over 4 years. When you try to book your cruise, the cruise is either unavailable, or overpriced with from your pocket added taxes. I'm literaly telling you, that this company is trying to hold on to your money and make sure that you can not use it towards cruises.
And recently they started to secretly change their terms and conditions to wipeout all your savings. Trust me, save your money and avoid them.

I’ve been in the club for two years
I’ve been in the club for two years. I’ve taken two cruises, and I’m about to go on my third. I feel very happy to be part of this amazing travel club. I save money, travel more, and have discovered beautiful places. I really like the savings method and the great variety of cruise options and destinations.

Avoid InCruises, Do not join at all!!!
Avoid InCruises – Do not join at all!!!
I signed up in November 2024, completely without research, for the purpose of traveling. After researching for a while, my suspicions were justified. In fact, when I signed up, I had not read the company's membership agreement and had not familiarized myself with its terms and conditions. I just registered and became a member based on what my friend said. A few days later I looked at the contract and found that the amount I paid was refundable within 14 days, any amount paid after that period was non-refundable. For this reason, I wrote a letter about the cancellation of the membership, I asked that my registration be canceled and the amount I paid be returned. At that time, they asked me to withdraw the application, to continue, it will be fine. I was deceived by something, I made a mistake. After paying for an additional month, I decided not to pay. I wanted to book a domestic hotel using the full amount I paid. However, they did not allow, they said that they could give a discount of 17%. When they asked for my money, they refused to return it citing the membership agreement. We have had many correspondences with the representatives of the company. I asked some questions but didn't get full answers. Here's the process: The company takes real dollars from you, gives you cruise dollars. Without selling any goods or services. They see people as a real product, new members are considered a product for them. After paying, there are no real dollars left in your account. In each case, the main amount and bonus points must be calculated separately and must remain in this form in the personal cabinet. They claim that the company is a membership program that offers exclusive rewards for timely payments. What is a membership program? Most of the people who join it do not join it to join the membership program, they consider it a tourism company and become a member. Booking.com, tripadvisor.com, etc. It is not a company. There are no ads or detailed information on any social network. Despite having pages on social networks, there are few people who like and comment on them. What are their goals in operating in such a secret, unadvertised manner? I believe that for these reasons, the company's activities should be investigated by the relevant institutions of each country and their activities should be assessed. As in Posha. Thus, in Poland, pyramid schemes are prohibited by the law on "Nieuczciwe praktyki rynkowe" (Unfair market practices). If a company's income is derived primarily from membership fees or recruiting new members, rather than from product/service sales, it may be classified as an illegal pyramid scheme. UOKiK's investigation into InCruises is based on this law. As of April 2023, InCruises is not accepting new members in Poland, and while maintaining travel reservations of existing members, payment is on hold. For what reasons do they not accept members? Why were they unable to successfully defend their position in Poland? Once again, I strongly advise everyone to familiarize themselves with the terms and conditions of the contract in detail before becoming a member of this company, do not be deceived!!!
Avoid InCruises
Avoid InCruises – A Complete Scam!
I joined InCruises, and everything seemed fine—until I decided to leave due to life-changing circumstances. When I requested a refund for the monthly payments that I had made, I was shocked by their outrageous response: they outright refused to refund anything beyond the initial 14 days.
This is completely unacceptable and deceptive! Nowhere was it made clear that my hard-earned money would be locked in permanently with no way to recover it if I chose to leave. They lure people in with misleading promises but conveniently hide their unfair refund policy.
I strongly warn everyone to stay away from InCruises. Their practices are nothing short of a scam, preying on unsuspecting individuals with a no-refund trap. If a company truly values its customers, it wouldn’t hold their money hostage.
Do not fall for their misleading offers. InCruises is not a trustworthy company, and I urge others to spread the word and avoid being scammed!
Crooks
Crooks! do not deal with them at all! I had $1,100 on my account which they just wiped off, pocketed to themselves!
"Avoid InCruises
"Avoid InCruises - A Complete Scam!"
I was misled into signing up for a contract with InCruises, and I regret it deeply. From the start, it felt like a bait-and-switch. They make promises that seem great, but once you're locked in, it becomes clear their only concern is getting your money. There's no real support or monitoring—you're left to fend for yourself with no guidance or help from the company.
The worst part? If you stop paying, you lose everything you've invested. All that money you put in? Gone, with no recourse. It's a total rip-off, and I'm warning anyone considering this to stay away. This company does not care about its customers, only about collecting payments.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this scam at all costs!
BE AWARE PONZI SCHEME!
BE AWARE PONZI SCHEME!
UPDATE!!!
As of November 29, 2025, I’ve unfortunately booked a cruise with this fraudulent company, but I’m still not sure if it will actually happen. I paid them the full amount for the cruise in advance (of course!), and when it was time to complete the pre–check-in, I followed all the steps on the official MSC Cruises website. Then, a notification appeared stating that since I booked through a third-party company, they would be responsible for providing the boarding documents.
I contacted InCruises, and they told me to reach out to MSC Cruises — who, in turn, sent me back to them!
So, I repeat: don’t get involved in this scheme. And if you’re already in, do not make any payments, because the money you send will never be returned in any way!
I, like many others, have fallen victim to this fraudulent (why is it still legal???????!!!!!) scheme. As of today, I've been paying bills for almost a year, but I haven’t taken a single cruise. When I tried to book a cruise (only to get out of this trap), I found out that I can’t simply stop making payments until the actual boarding date—seven months from now! This means that no matter what, I’m losing money. The only question is how much I’m willing to give them for free.
If you don’t want to throw your money into someone else’s pocket, don’t fall for it and DO NOT SIGN UP! EVER!
Oh, and one more thing. Customer support completely stopped responding as soon as I tried to get more details about the different options. After wasting four hours of my work time studying the website from top to bottom, I still can’t understand why the information is presented in bits and pieces. And when you try to dig deeper, they just stop replying.
UPDATE: I stopped paying, and now they’ve blocked my account! So basically, you can’t access the money you’ve already paid! It’s WORSE than a PONZI SCHEME—it’s outright FRAUD! And now that they’ve lost a customer, they’re acting like complete garbage, trying to silence my feedback. Keep in mind, there are hundreds of similar complaints, so whether or not they block mine, it’s still FRAUD (it's for you Trustpilot)!
Incruises team 😇😇😇😇😇
I signed up for the partnership back in 2020, I never went on a cruise with this company because I had other goals, the person who invited me promised "mountains of gold" ( before I've been on cruises , and even worked on a cruise), so, that friend from Russia who invited me to be "a partner" in this company really tried to convince me what a wonderful company it is. He assured me that I wouldn't spend a lot of time convincing people to sign up. Of course!! I spent a lot of my money on gasoline to meet people to tell them what is wonderful incruises company is ( that time I believed they honest) , spent time on endless content on social networks, etc. I spent a lot of my precious time, but no one wanted to sign up. In general, I paid for the partnership for about 2 years. They lure people in by giving you another $100 on top of your $100, but later they took all that money and appropriated your savings. This is a company of scammers under the guise of imaginary decency, that is, wolves in sheep's clothing. They treat people like their property. I can't even log into my account with my password, they don't answer my letters. They don't plan to return my money. I think the scammers should be shown on Fox News 💯‼️ They don't care that we have fires in Los Angeles, that there is a baby in the family and we need to move. They don't care about people at all!
Two letters to incruises I wrote them ⬇️
Respected incruises team,
I call a spade a spade, the way you do business is far from Christianity and decency. Your goal is to literally force people to go on cruises on your terms with benefits exclusively for your team! So you mean have permission to change your agreement , you give yourselves permission not to keep an agreement , to kerp your customers "on short leash", make a profit on the money of clients, and we people are not allowed even to use our own money as we want. We not even have it. Incruises team took away any rights from us, in fact, my savings already years is yours! Anything can happen to a person over the years and you are clearly interested in the "useless" investors in "trips" disappearing from the horizon and not would bother you, because you dont wanna do refunds.
Respected , Provide me with documentation that specifically my written contract with you concluded till end of my life , or for how many years?! Let's to clarify the contract between incruises & me. In 2022, you changed the conditions for your clients and did not even deign to make an email newsletter to warn us about the changes & to offer sign up a new agreement for those who wish it, earlier you also changed the conditions violating your contract with your customers. On what basis and by what right did you change the terms of my contract with you without my consent and my signature confirming my consent?! Or do you consider me and my money your property??
The person persuaded me to subscribe for the purpose of earning money, explained to me how easy and simple it would be for me and like I wouldn't have to spend much of my time, which turned out to be untrue. But nevertheless I tried, but I didn't succeed. I want to get answers to my questions above.
Network marketing is not for everyone, I worked for free and realized that this is definitely not my passion!!
And I don't have that much time.
We have a baby in our family, times are tough in Los Angeles, we have to move. I am working on starting my own business. I used to travel a lot, my favorite vacation is a week or five days intensive travel program in a group, staying in a different hotels
each night. To each his own.
I really hope that we will not continue to waste my and your time and that you will return my $1200 to me.
I look forward to your detailed answers.
Regards.
2. Hello incruises team,
I see you hiding your names.
Your system don’t allow me to enter to my incruises account !! I am sure you doing that. How long do you intend to play hide and seek?!⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️

I have been with Incruises for almost 3 years, it is awful
I have been with Incruises for almost three years and my experience is awful. When i finally decided to book a cruise, i could not use the savings, only 17% off insider price, so i had to pay from my pocket to go on a my cruise. My money is still with Incruises and I search for cruises and try to use my money, they wont let me, saying the cruise is too close or something like that. It is not fair I cannot use my savings, so what is the use of becoming a member? How do you guys manage to book a cruise?

After being in incruises for almost 4…
After being in incruises for almost 4 years and having two different accounts, one of my accounts became inactive due to a billing problem. Now I have lost all my points and whatever is on my account does not even equal to one night at a hotel? Seriously? After almost 4 years? This is the biggest ripoff in the travel industry.
Is it true pay for one and get 2 ticket?
Is that true that if I join I will pay for one person membership and my partner will be free? Someone told me this but I can't find any info on incruise site.
Plz help
After paying for almost 2 years
After paying for almost 2 years, I forgot to update my payment info. resulting in my 2 in 1 was that cancelled. Now since I will no longer benefit from having this company handle my cruises. I called to have my money returned to me to no avail. Next since they won't return my money I tried to book the inStays but still they will only let me use a fraction not even 10% of the money I have put in. I got SCAMMED big time.
The company didn't improve
The company didn't improve, even it is worst, they are real scammers!
Scam!! They took our money!!
After paying for 18 months and not using the points or money I was told that if I needed to cancel my subscription I would get back 100% of my money. It turns out I get nothing back. This is a scam and a fraud!! Do not trust them.
Beware of SCAM
After a year and a half being inactive in terms of booking, I found out that all of a sadden I only can use 50% of my earned points toward the cruise. Whaaaat???? Are you serious??? I will find out how all scammed members can open a lawsuit against these scammers!!!!
Are You Riding inCruises? Discover the Journey!
I started my journey with incruises as a member, saving money to enjoy my cruises. Two years later, I shared this opportunity with friends and family, and it turned into a way to earn additional income. Think about it—no restaurant gives you a free drink or meal just for referring someone. But with InCruises , we are rewarded for inviting others to this incredible club that not only helps us save money but also gives people the chance to build their own business and embrace an entrepreneurial lifestyle.
As an esthetician, I’ve always loved helping others, and inCruises has given me a new way to do that. This opportunity has allowed me to travel for free and create an extra source of income, showing others that they, too, can achieve their dreams. I’m so grateful for what InCruises has brought into my life—it’s truly empowering. I love it 🥰
Program started great, now it’s a SCAM!
TLDR: Please learn from my mistake of trusting this company! DO NOT INVEST ANY MONEY WITH THEM. They rope you in and make it nearly impossible to get out of the program without losing hundreds, if not thousands of dollars.
I have been a member of this group since 2016 and when I started, this was a great program. After 5 years I had worked up to being able to use 100% of my cruise balance to pay for a cruise. The only draw back was that I had to book the cruise 90 days out or more, which I had to get used to, but made it work. The reviews saying this company has changed it’s policies numerous times is absolutely true. They have COMPLETELY changed the program at least 3 times since I’ve been a member stating that they were “making it better,” but I definitely disagree. I went from being able to use 100% of my balance to only able to use 50% of my balance and being able to book multiple cruises to only being able to book once cruise at a time. I think once lots of people got to the 5 year mark and were able to use 100% of their balance to book more than one cruise, they had to change the program for the company’s benefit, NOT the members.
I have been set up on automatic payments pretty much the entire time I’ve been a member, but somehow earlier this year, my automatic payments stopped (not because anything was wrong w my card and it wasn’t expired). Since it’s been automatic for the past 8 years, I didn’t worry about it. When I noticed it, I reactivated my account by paying the invoice manually and deleted my card then re-entered the exact same card, for automatic payments because I realized something must have been wrong with their system. Well, now that it failed to deduct my automatic payments for over 3 months before I noticed, my account went inactive and it deducted over $5000 of cruise dollars from my account and I am left w only what I’ve paid in, which is still over $8200. It sucks but would be okay if I could actually use it, but I can’t even use ANY of that unless my account goes inactive again, which is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. I have to stop paying in if I want to use my rewards. More than that, even if I go inactive again and have access to those rewards, I can only use up to 17% of the rewards towards a cruise, which totally sucks since that money is only what I’ve paid in. It doesn’t include any 2 for 1 dollars anymore.
I am so angry about this. The company does not care about members who have been LOYAL to them for over 8 years!! They change the rules whenever they want only to benefit the company, not the member.
Obviously, I found value in what they originally offered which is why I was a member so long. I didn’t like the changes they first made, but had too much invested to walk away so I continued paying in and trying to use it. I feel like they should grandfather in those members who have been there from early on, to what they originally signed up for. The program is totally different and absolutely NOT what I signed up for!
At this point, I would have been much better off to just put $100 in a bank account every month over the years since they have taken away all of my benefits with no way to reinstate my balance because of an issue on their end. It’s ridiculous.
I HIGHLY ENCOURAGE YOU NOT TO BUY IN TO THIS!
