Perhaps the best Transformers stockist in the UK and I've bought many things from them over the last 20 years. Their shop is also great to visit if you get the chance.

A fantastic toy retailer providing a great selection, with great sales happening regularly. My got to for action figures

Having, by no fault of In Demand, received a figure with a missing part they set over a replacement part within 24 hours.

They always go above and beyond in getting orders our promptly, ad any communication with them has been polite and courteous.

Never had a problem with these guys! They've always gone above and beyond! EG: I'd bought a high end figure from them and a part broke out the box, instead of asking me to send the whole figure back (pain in the butt considering the amount of packaging etc) they sent me the broken part from another they had in stock! awesome CS and always happy to help customers :)

Great company, order multiple times a year and never had an issue other than manufacturers delays which are beyond their control. Been to the store a few times in Norwich which is cool but a little too far for me to travel regularly

One of the best sellers of collectible toys in the country. Bought dozens of products off them over years. Great prices, fast delivery and excellent communication. Their annual store party is on repeat in my calendar.

Ok so when I got back to buying Transformers again since 2022, I had visited several toy sites. Out of the ones I visit and used, Indemandtoys is the best all rounder!
The main draws are their Transformers or yearly clear our sales and delivery. They offer good Transformers ranges like from the newest or the import/ preowned stuff. The delivery has improved too. Like it used to take two days delivery but now it arrived the next day after they email me it has been shipped. Granted the time of shipping is not consistent (most days, if I order in the morning, it will be shipped the same day but other days, it will take days to be shipped after placing an order) but they are store company so I can't fault them if they get too busy.
The only improvement I would liked to see (but assume not possible as it will revamp the website itself) is stock level of the product. Like "low stock" is not enough for me as that product could still be in stock despite the low level.

My go-to store for everything Transformers. I’ve been buying from In Demand Toys for around 5 years over multiple orders and pre-orders and I’ve never had a bad experience - communication, packaging and service have always been second to none. You will always have a loyal customer in me.

I've had extremely few problems with ordering from IDToys, any errors with an order tend to be due to the manufacturer, not the seller despite what the manufacturer tries to push or a costumer might claim.

Hoping to order from IDToys again soon.

Reliable well packaged well priced and I always sense a passion for what they do.

Top lads. Mainly a third party masterpiece collector but often at TFNation I end up buying official from these top boys, and what little I get via mail order, they've been more than helpful. I imagine Hasbro are a right pain in the hairy brain to deal with, but these fellas soldier on for all us middle aged nerds.

Have been using In demand toys for couple of years , really happy with the service. Made a mistake on a high demand preorder, thought it would mean losing out , they sorted it out asap! Good clear comms on everything. Hoping to make a trip to the store at some point
