Used In Demand Toys for a number of figures (Marvel/Transformers/GI Joe) in the past couple of years. Have always been swift in sending my order within a good time-frame and the courier service has always been either on time, or flexible in re-arranging the delivery date (usually Royal Mail). Usually have good discounts on the go too.

One order that was a pre-order via PurpleDot didn't authorise payment for whatever reason. I contacted In Demand directly and they solved it within 30 minutes. Most times using PurpleDot have been fine.

Can't rate my experiences with them highly enough and will continue to use them

So, I ordered a Marvel Legends Green Goblin helmet on Thursday evening and it arrived Saturday morning, really well packaged.

Thoroughly impressed as I live in Norn Iron and many other companies try to extract the urine in terms of shipping fees, etc.

I’ve been a customer since 2021 and bought a few things with no problem, then before Christmas my daughter asked me what I wanted so I sent her the link for the figure I wanted etc, when it arrived the box had no packaging to protect it, the bubble and card has separated so when she contacted them they said to send it back and order it again. The figure stated it was non mint which I don’t mind. Whoever is deals with emails and packing need serious training

First time buying from these guys. Website states that on sale stuff might not be mint, bought some Joytoy bits, one item especially was nicely discounted. Both items received were mint and they were very well packaged! Delivered quickly, only positives to report 👍🏻

My favourite shop I order from them all the time with friendly helpful customer service. the only problem I have ever had is you have to chase up pre order deposits refunds if you never got your order. and with how busy my life is it's something I've not got round to in a couple of years. Would be nice if there was a way to submit refund requests on the order history page.

In demand toys have done it again.purchased something I had my eye on for an even better price,very happy with my boba figure.
Delivery was prompt again.

I just got a second delivery from these guys. So far, my experience has been pretty good. I have to say that many companies do not seem to be able to accurately list goods, process an order and send it out quickly - but these guys have done it twice in a while row! This puts them well ahead of many competitors. Well done, will order from here again!

I was a little nervous when I saw In Demand Toys advertising a collectible I was looking for at less than half its original price.
However, I need not have worried, the shop was real, the collectibles are great and the prices even better.
I’ll definitely be checking this site for any toys/collectibles I’m on the hunt for.

Have shopped with in demand for several years and never been disappointed with their service. Received wrong item contacted them and they sorted out the right item and allowed me to keep the other. Only issue I do have was blocked from their facebook page for calling out tragedy chants in some of the chat sections. But all in all a very good shop I will keep using

Been shopping with ID Toys for about 17 years, they actually got me back into collecting.

They have a fantastic warehouse with a shop located inside and stock a massive range of products including Star Wars, Marvel and Transformers.
