If I would have -100 I would definitely give -100 to them. Worst customer service and worst behaviour even I have seen.i bought a combi fridge and it is still in warranty but the fridge doesn't work so they sent me a technician after a long wait and technician told me that it needs to change. So the company issued me a paper which states that this model doesn't have it anymore so U can have any other fridge from the seller. I have contacted seller and they have refused to provide me the fridge since they said it's 3rd party warranty and we don't cover it. Since then I am calling indisit and makro many times but there is no solution other then ping pong. I had a worst experience ever. So if you are buying from indisit then the warranty is nothing just a scam and products are just wastage of money. Because nobody will come up with a real solution and Ur money will just a waste.

My Indesit Washing Machine (BWE 111496X) will NOT spin a beach towel because the micro processor tells the Machine that it is "Out of Balance " & this ends up with you having wet washing to hang up, not such a problem in the Summer but in the Winter it most certainly is!
We booked an appointment for between 7.15 - 10.15 the engineer came at 12.50.
The engineer was only told about this job 30 minutes before he turned up showing that we could have waited in all day had I not issued a complaint to customer service.
The Customer Service is Disgusting & they do Not care about messing you about therefore I would NOT recommend this company, all they are interested in is getting your money, & that is it!

I bought an Indesit washing machine from Carrefour and was advised to take out the extended warranty in store with Carrefour even though the item has a 10 year parts and labour guarantee. The staff in Carrefour told me the Indesit warranty is no good as Indesit don't honour the terms and don't respond to service calls etc. I ended up paying nearly €60 to extend my warranty and I only discovered this quandary after the washing machine was delivered to my home. I'm interested in INDESIT view on this matter...

pressured into taking out service agreement when I asked for a repair within guarantee. Scare tactic used. Was told I could have a £180 bill if breakdown was my fault. Turns out it wasn't.

Horrendous customer service. Online chats do not work and almost impossible to speak to a real person who can actually help. I only needed to change an address-still not able to do so after 12 days of attempted contact

Shocking customer service! Bought a fridge freezer X19 T21W that came with a 3 year warranty, problems from day 1 as the door hinge was broken, engineer came saying I had broke it so I had to argue with him almost throwing him out of my house! He finally gave in and sent the part out I HAD TO FIT!!. Then 1 month over the 3 years the fridge door has failed but now they say out of warranty? Surely faulty to start with as life expectancy of a €500 fridge is longer than 3 years? The paperwork actually states 15 year guarantee on parts as does the sticker on the freezer door! WILL NEVER BUT INDESIT AGAIN
