I ordered a jewelly set online, which wasn't cheap. Upon receiving it one of the stones had already dropped out in transit. Packaging wasn't great, so I am not surprised. Upon raising it with the store they advised me to glue it together and they would give me a discount on a future order and guarantee it wouldn't happen again. If they can guarantee that then why did it happen in the first place!! Very unproffesional and sadly the mentality is just not right for a business. I will not be ordering from them again!!

This is one of the fraud company. Don’t buy anything from this cheat company. I’ve ordered a panjabi on 21st of May 2020 and I have received today 9th of July. They are completely fraud company. I paid for shipping £7 than I’ve received an email from
DHL that they bustard company didn’t pay for shipping and now I paid again £18.20 so in total £25.20 for shipping. Also they sent me completely wrong cheap quality item. Don’t buy anything from this fraud company. Whatever they are advertising on their website all for eyes wash. You won’t get the same products if you order. So don’t wast your time and money. This is fraud company.

I placed an order of salwar kameez with Indian Cloth Store on January 16, 2020. It was mentioned on their website the dispatch date would be January 28, 2020. When I placed the order, the status of my order was, ready for stitching. On January 28th I checked their website and the status didn’t change, it still said ready for stitching. I sent them an email asking for the status of my order, their reply was your order is under process and we will dispatch within a week. A week passed by I checked the website the status still said ready for stitching. I emailed them again asking for the status. I got a reply after a week saying your order is under quality control we will ship it in 2 days. After 2 days I checked their website and the status was still the same. I emailed them again. I got the same reply your order is under quality control and will be shipped in 2 days. At this point I knew my order wasn’t even stitched. So I told them that I want to cancel my order and refund. I didn’t get a reply back on email. I got a message on WhatsApp saying your order is already shipped we can’t refund you. I said no I want to cancel my order, this representative who talked to me on WhatsApp said your order is already in DHL w can’t stop the delivery. I asked for the tracking number and they were not giving me a tracking number. Obviously they were lying and manipulating the whole time. The suit wasn’t even stitched and it definitely wasn’t out on DHL for delivery. This website is a scam! DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE! They have their website looking so attractive and posh, don’t be fooled! They were not giving me the money back nor the product. After sending them a ton of emails, WhatsApp messages, getting really stern with my words, and after writing a long email to the management team, about two months after they refunded me. If there was a delay in my order, they should have contacted me first explaining the delay. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. I wasn’t able to get my order on time and I had to go through so much of struggle to get my money back.This was my first time ordering with Indian Cloth Store, but not my first time online shopping. I’ve been ordering Indian outfits online for the past 7 years. I never had to deal with such a cheap and awful customer service with any other sites. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMERS.

Just received my order today. Omg i am so surprised and impressed with quality of lehengas i received. I ordered 4 lehengas and all of them were Awesome for the money i paid. I got three lehengas stiched and the fitting of lehengas was very good and i am regretting why i did not get my 4th lehenga stiched from them. Looking forward to order more. Also i received my order on time. Thank you indianclothstore team.

I was so reluctant to buy from here after reading the reviews, but I’m tall and wanted a Lehenga with a long choli to fit me well. I an impressed enough that I have recommended the store to my friends who want to dress up for my henna party before my wedding. Everything fits well, it DOES look like the photos, the fabric is lovely, and it’s embroidered, not printed (I was sure it would fall short after reading the reviews). I will be ordering my fiancé’s outfit from here now that I know it’s good. No, the finishing isn’t great, but let me tell you - it’s the same finishing quality as Lehengas I saw for sale at shops in Sydney (Harris Park) for 4 times the price.

Like for like from picture to parcel. My order was made to measure and delivered to me in 1 week considering I'm from the UK and this is from India. That's pretty fast. Great customer service, amazing clothes. Defiantly ordering more from here.

I’ve ordered an info western outfit a few weeks ago for my party. When it arrived couple of days ago,
1. Wrong measurement
2. Broken zip
3. Did the opposite of what was required of the stitching
It was a very cheap quality product, and also something that I can’t wear. When I asked about the wrong measurement, they’ve asked me to send it back to India from Australia. I am not willing to pay anymore money on postage on top of what I’ve already paid. Requested them to send the material then I’ll send the stitched product back, I haven’t heard back from them. If I have had read these reviews before I wouldn’t have ordered with this cheap company.

They dispatched after the date they said they would. Customer service is good at replying and polite unless you have an issue regarding quality of items. I ordered a maroon dress and a bright red dress arrived instead. Very different from photo on website. Terrible cheap quality and itchy material. It is unwearable. Was falsely advertised on the website. Have no opened a dispute on PayPal. Hopefully I get my money back. I’m assuming a lot of the 5* reviews on here are fake. Will never order from this company again

Great Service and Nice Products. I ordered 3 outfits which all looked like the images shown. They were sewn, stitched,shipped and received in less than 3 weeks which was great! The hooks on the Saree blouse however were missing but the team at indianCloth store promptly sent a new blouse to the specifications i Requested! Great service!

I purchased a shalwar kameeze, when I received it was stained with oil, I took photos and asked to return and for a refund, I was refused a return and informed that I needed to was the clothing and see if the stain will come out, I did this despite paying full price for a brand new suit. I was told that I will not be refunded and that I could return the product back to India from England at my own cost and they will try and removed the oil stain and if they are unable to remove it, they will give 5% of my next purchase, I was absolutely appalled with the request. This company is selling damaged products and then refusing a refund, I have reported them to trading standards so hopefully the site will be taken down in due course, I hope everyone else who is having these issues with the company report it up thier bank and to the trading standards office. I would under any circumstances buy anything from this site.

I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE TO BE EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS WHEN PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE

I have always bought clothing online from this website and have always had a good experience and given good reviews about the same.. But this time when i ordered the quality of the work and material were not good at all. It seems their standards have dropped drastically.
- I ordered an Anarkali which was not exactly as shown on the picture provided on their website. Even though i did mention that i wanted it exactly as shown on the photo they provided.
- I wanted a zip on the Anarkali which is missing.
- I also bought a Men's Kurta Pyjama. The pyjama is of poor quality and the "Naala" (string) is shredding all the threads which makes it impossible to be worn.
I am not happy at all with my order. Its been a disappointing experience.

I ordered a lehenga choli 3 weeks ago. The material was £119, custom fit was £10 and then I paid for delivery to the UK.
I ordered it on the 19th may and it arrived on the 10th June. Very impressive!
When it came it was packaged well so nothing was damaged and i got updates on where it was.
It was exactly as it was shown on the image which I was very skeptical about.
The measurements were good, however the blouse was a little bit too big so I have to fix that independently. I requested extra material which they gave when purchasing the lehenga.
My overall experience was very good and I will order from here again. I would recommend.
* I am 5ft and very skinny so it is normally difficult to find clothing let alone Indian clothes. I found this place catered for that.

Impressive. I ordered 2 outfits. They were sewn, stitched,shipped and received in the Caribbean in less than 3 weeks. That is quality service.

Bought two outfits and had them custom tailored. Materials were great but one was too big and one was too small. The stitching was deplorable and they refused to do anything about it. Their customer service was the worst. They made no effort to do anything about the problem. We have a wedding in June. They have no idea how much business they lost.would never shop from them again nor recommend anyone.

The two tailor-made lahengas I ordered AHEAD of schedule and look beautiful. The fabric and the detailing is amazing and the customer service was fabulous the whole way through. The price I paid for two was the price most UK hire shops were charging for one! I was a little nervous ordering from London, but I needn't have been, I would order from them again in a heartbeat.
