Ordered the largest kadai fire bowl at a cost of £500 which was fairly flimsy and completely rusted through the bottom within 3 years, the metal is not thick enough on the large fire bowl and it won’t last long
This all are fake 5 star reviews they are asking in WhatsApp for give 5 star review in this website for some money as a work form home extra income source but when you give 5 star review they will block you and they don't even pay you..... frauds
Not had the best experience, ordered in time for next day delivery before Christmas, items did not arrive next day and I had to chase a couple of times, was told they were using another courier which then turned out not to be true. When my order arrived after 4 days the main fire bowl was missing. Was promised it would be delivered the next day and it wasn't. Had to then wait till they reopened after Christmas (understandable) but have then still not received a response to me email or my order.
UPDATE -all items have now arrived, the quality is great and we're really happy with the products, just the delivery issues and communication which let this transaction down, it wouldn't stop me ordering from them again though.

This company has not asked for a review but they have so impressed me, I am recommending them for other users. Order dispatched promptly, unfortunately some slight damage, within an hour the issue was resolved fully to my satisfaction.
I have ordered one of kadai bowls and it suppose to arrive next day. Unfortunately my parcel has not been delivered by courier company fault for a week. After contacting the IFBC they almost immediately sent another item which arrived on time. Great product, exceptional customer care.
